Nice place to stay on business trips

Pros: clean, clean, clean
Cons: unknown
Location: Not much to do in the area. We went looking for gators to pass the time.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms were laid out in a way that was very comfortable to a business traveler.

HI Express in Sebring, FL

Pros: everything. Great for business traveler.
Cons: nothing
Location: on the northern end of Sebring. Much food and shopping to south.
Easy access and great facilities. Breakfast food was excellent.

Quick Get Away

Pros: Set off hwy 27 and very quiet hotel!
Location: Conveniently located! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
We booked this hotel at the last minute and it was great!

No phone?

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I didn't realize until my second day that the phone in my room didn't work. I reported this to the front desk in passing and when I came back to my room...viola the phone worked. The staff was awesome. None of them failed to speak to me when I was arriving or leaving the premises for the day. I spent a week there and the only complaint I had was the air conditioning was nonexistent in the upper hallways and the elevator. Other than that my stay was great. I will definitely stay there again. Great Job guys!

Just Ok

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room smell.
Location: Its in the middle of no where.
The room smelled of smoke. Really bad and can not stress how bad it smelled.

Here Lizard, Lizard, Lizard

Pros: Location was excellent and the staff was quite pleasant.
Cons: Less lizards?
Location: In Sebring we took my aunt for a pedicure and dined at a chinese buffet called Hibachi Grill.
When we checked the room for bed bugs (there were none), we found a cute Florida lizard/gecko/reptile. We failed in capturing it before it went under the bed. We were offered a different room since the lizard was not a standard feature to the hotel, but decided we were brave enough to handle things if they got out of hand. For the two nights we were there, we never saw the little fellow again and I discovered how my husband reacts to harmless creatures (pretty funny, actually). The complementary breakfast was wonderful - and I loved the pancake maker.

Bad Service

Front desk was asked for early check in, they said everyone had check out and said as soon as room was ready would call my cell phone. 45 miniutes later went back in to see if anything changed she said no, would call, another 45 minutes went and nothing, walked in again and said oh its ready, I thought first of all good customer service skills, would have called house keeping and clean our room first, but as I walked to our room could tell the 3rd(top floor) was cleaned LAST! Next time I'll stay in Lake Placid Holiday Inn. Didn't have that problem there! Howlong does a typical room take to clean?
