Staff not answering the phone several times while I was trying to locate the hotel. Had to stop and ask at stranger where hotel was located. Checkout person had difficulty in printing out a receipt. Said she was new, and she would email me one, but that never happened. I will can the hotel tomorrow and have them email me one if they can.

I was relieved to find a new, clean place to stay while attending a funeral in Sebring. Yes, I would recommend this site to others. Minor recommendations for room staff: 1. Re-stock missing supplies like coffee cups and stirrers. 2. Turn off alarm clocks set by previous occupants.

Decent place with great staff and accomadations. The room had mildewy musky smell like an old shoe but the odor cycled out after i left the air running for a bit. No exhuast in bathroom. Found a small beetle alive in the bathroom, but it's Florida. Fair for the price.

Very Good Hotel
Our 2 night stay was just fine. No problems and very clean hotel. I would definitely stay again. I liked that there was a Denney's just out front!

Very nice hotel and clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast a special treat with Eggs, sausage, bagels, cereals, pancakes, orange juice and excellent coffee! Delicious! We will definitely stay again.

Have low expectations
Book with low expectations. When we arrived there is construction. We got our room on the first floor. The room was clean however the bed is very high and the toilet sits very low. The toilet paper is very far away because the toilet is too close to the shower. Very odd because the door gets in your way when you are going to the bathroom. Also, the chaise lounge is very low to the ground. We were here for 7 nights. On the first day no one came and replaced the towels. When we asked we were told they must have missed us. On the 3rd day we were gone since 6 am and when we returned at 5, no service. They sent someone down and got it done only after I insisted. On the 4 th day they did the towels but didn't give us toilet paper or Kleenex. Finally on the 5th day they changed our sheets after we had asked daily since there were stains on the sheets. But not once did they vacuum or mop the floor. With the construction, you track in a lot of dirt. This should be done daily. The breakfast was good and liked that each day they had different items. The front desk were nice and greeted us.

PRoperty is being upgraded and has been for some time now. So far the upgrades have been good except for poor floor tile installation. Looks like someone that was blind installed and grouted the tile.
