Our getaway place

Posted Dec 22, 2014
We enjoy the charm of this lovely Inn to escape a couple times a year from our busy lives. It's quaint, beautifully kept with a Restaurant that prepares delicious food (room service is great!) Includes a free breakfast each morning. Front desk employees are excellent too.

Goin' where the sun keeps shining...

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Quaint and popular, including with the locals for dinner; nice room; attentive staff; excellent complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Find a better location for the customer computer and prioritize those needing to print boarding passes. Consider updating the equipment and software.
Was in town to meet with real estate agent to identify potential properties in anticipation of my wife and I relocating to Sebring. Was an excellent "home base"during the visit and made for a nice first impression of the city.

Nice hotel with great restaurant

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Good service, food with a great pool area and view of the lake behind it.
Very nice looking hotel in the lobby and pool area. The staff in the restaurant and front desk were great. Our room was too close to major highway and the noise was almost unbearable. Plus we could not close our bathroom door on arrival. Must be noted that we called the front desk they did send someone immediately up to take a look.

Stay at Inn on the Lakes

Posted Dec 5, 2014
Pros: The old-time Florida feel
Cons: It would really be great if there were fire pits out by the pool.
This is an old-time Florida hotel which has been brought into the 21st Century. I have passed it while driving on U.S. 27 many times over the years and never noticed that it was there. I will fondly notice it in the future. I don't know if I'll ever have occasion to stay in Sebring again, but, if I do, I will definitely stay there.

Retro in the spots, modern in the right spots

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Cool and clean.
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: Sebring International Raceway.
What a unique, great hotel. The hotel is retro in the areas you would like it to be (design, appearance) but modern where it counts (linens, mattress, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.). Super friendly staff and the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and I travel every week.

Consistent

Posted Nov 7, 2014
Pros: Homey feeling.
Cons: Better mattress pads on beds, they get wrinkled underneath the sheets.
I have been staying here for several years when I travel to Sebring for business. Always consistent in all areas/

Nice view of the lake

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Great views
Cons: Automatic doors to the lobby, usually it was hard to open the manual door with my luggage in hand...
Location: Racing at Sebring is usually going on, and there are lots of golf courses. There is a quaint cute Florida winery just outside of town.
Very large room which was nice, very roomy. The view of the lake is nice, and the windows open so if you are visiting in winter you can enjoy the beautiful cool evenings. The staff is nice. The water faucet handle popped off but I screwed it back on. Things are a little older in this hotel but not "old". The lobby is quaint and people seemed very friendly at the hotel, a lot less "modern and cold" like a chain lobby. Restaurant food is average but the atmosphere in general is very friendly here, mostly golfers and racers.
