I had a great time. I was here 1 night travelling New Zealand and Sweden and again 7 days later travelling Germany back to New Zealand
I liked the feel of the place - the soundproofing definitely works. And I had the best coffee here at breakfast in my whole trip. That included Germany.
Will definitely stay here again

Sara at the desk was warm and accommodating.
I was travalling alone with a suitcase and a walker. I am in my 70's.
Sara found me a room on the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor so I could watch the planes take off and land at Heathrow.
She then took my suitcase and personally took me to my room and made sure I had everything I needed.
Thank you Sara.

Extremely friendly staff at check-in, who also gave us a complimentary upgrade on room. Beds extremely comfortable and good size - had 2 doubles. Daughter hit her head on low glass overhang at leisure reception, but staff could not have been more helpful, providing ice and checking she was ok.

I booked this hotel the morning of arrival, after a particularly awful night in a hostel! It was a lovely night -- the staff were very helpful in helping me book a minicab for the morning, the food I ordered from the on-site restaurant was hot and delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in great condition! I stayed in a small basement room, but it's perfect for one person (even with all the luggage I had!), and I didn't feel cramped or bothered at all! It was quiet and clean, and a great night's sleep!

Hotel staff were excellent and hotel was a very comfortable option before a long flight. Parking was easy and rooms were quiet allowing for a good night's sleep. It was nice to have an a la carte option for breakfast instead of having to have the buffet.

When I needed to find a hotel to stay near Heathrow the night before my flight, it seems the choice was between poorly maintained small hotels and expensive larger hotels (not all of which are nice). I am glad booked Apple House; in addition to the surprisingly quiet location, it was very clean and well-maintained. It's basically a two-story residential building, in a residential neighborhood, converted to a small hotel. Parking was no issue the night I was there (available on the street and a couple of spaces in front of the building). The staff is friendly (and taking good care of the place) but the interaction was basically getting my key. They don't serve breakfast but there is a restaurant/pub down the street (crowded at dinner time). The shared bathroom/shower was very clean, everything worked. The fact it's shared wasn't a problem during my stay but not all rooms were occupied. The room itself was hardly bigger than the bed but I got a good night's sleep which is all that really mattered.
I am giving this five stars for peace of mind and restful sleep when looking for an economic solution that's not a dump near Heathrow.
