Love the room, it’s clean and accessible to some good eating joints and tourist attraction. The lady at the front desk, Dora went above and beyond to cater to our needs and queries. We would definitely come back again.

Updates have been done on the important stuff. (Bedding, furniture, bathroom) Updates needed in general maintenance like painting most of the interior. Not complaining though! We were very happy with our 2 night stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with them overall. We probably interacted with 5 or 6 workers in our 2 night stay. Breakfast was a good variety. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, juices, breakfast breads, etc. Coffee was great, too!

Everyone at the property was extremely nice. Christy 3-11 by far went out of her way and made my stay with my two kids so enjoyable. I will recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to our next stay!!

The fridge didn’t keep the food cool it would cut off. I kept adjusting the temp it would come back on. The stay was great. Love the suite. The bedroom was private. I like that the bathroom was outside of the room for more privacy. Living room area had a signed which was great for my daughter and I brought extra covers and pillows. The suite worked out great for us

There were bugs in my suite. I informed the front desk who said they would send maintenance to spray but we realized the window in the room was broke so bugs continued to come into the room. My newborn was bit by something and cried all night. Terrible stay.

The beds are super comfy. Rooms are big. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Everything is clean & fresh. The pool was heated, clean, & open until midnight. Is walking distance to all shops.

We loved out stay here. Absolutely great staff and super kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical but more than enough. Wouldn't of been a bad idea to mix up the breakfast sausage with a bacon every other day but that's ok, still was very good. The town of Helen was wonderful and the hotel was no further than 10 minute walk from anywhere in town.

No Coffee at breakfast. Breakfast had no hot food two days out of three. Membership has no value or amenities at this location. Tub and shower requires major repair and maintenance. Bed was old and not up to Country Inn & Suites standards. Hallways required vacuuming and basic upkeep. I have stayed at many Country Inns over the past 20 years and this one was the worst.

The hotel was just mediocre, not a bad place to stay for the night if you need somewhere and can’t find anywhere else. Everything is a little outdated, bathrooms looked like they might have been redone somewhat recently. Overall it was clean enough, bed was comfortable in my opinion and breakfast was not terrible. Staff was all very nice and helpful. I do not think I would stay here again though.

Premises were clean and accessible. However when we attempted to take a shower or used the jet tub we had paid extra for, there was no hot water in the building. We waited a few hours, until we decided to contact Expedia customer service and decided to leave and get another hotel. Front desk staff was nice and helpful, however, manager who was contacted via phone the phone did not have a good attitude.

Not bad, but not great
Hotel is in need of some remodeling. Carpet in our room was in need of a good cleaning. Shower looked clean at first, but it still had hair in the drain from the previous guest. Breakfast is just ok, but it is typical hotel breakfast quality. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff and kitchen staff are super nice.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great for a short walk to the Helen village downtown. The Inn had many guests, tet was quiet, and we felt safe staying there. Cleanliness in the room could have been better.

It was more than disappointing that I arrived for my check in at 3:00pm and my room was not available. At 5:45pm I was given keys to room 309 and told my room was ready. When I got to my room the housekeeping staff was still working on the room (see pictures). We had special plans for the evening (dinner reservations at 6:00, 30 minutes away) The delay for our room caused us to loose our table. When I asked for a late check-out I was told they could not extend that option for me. This delay was completly unacceptable.
