Older property and some reno going on, but it was clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast bar was well-stocked and fresh. I would stay again.

The staff at check in was very nice even when I complained about the RIDICULOUS $75 charge for a dog. She handled that well but I will never return because of the pet fee. I can accept $25-$50 for a pet fee but $75 is fee gouging.

Beds was hard and uncomfortable!
The beds are like laying on lumpy concrete. They were so hard and not comfortable. I don’t usually complain on here but this stay at this hotel was not good as far as comfort.

An okay stay
Our bathroom shower had mildew on the walls and handrails. The hotel is going through renovations so it looks messy. There is an unpleasant smell in the hotel. We also went swimming in the pool and it seems that some of the people swimming there were not guests of the hotel but guests of the employee(s) on duty, based on the conversations I overheard.

Nice stay with squeaky mattress
Tina at front desk was very accommodating for us and very friendly staff. The hotel was quiet and safe and clean. The room was very clean except the bed mattress squeaked and the room needed darkening curtains from parking lot lights.

The room was spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, or lack thereof, was not up to standards. When I went to use the restroom, I had to clean poop off the seat. The shower walls were dirty, and when I went to bed, there was a sticky substance (gum?) on the headboard. When I told the very friendly CSR at the desk, she apologized.

Did not get the room I reserved which was 2 queen beds for my 18 year old granddaughter and myself. It was my gift to for her graduation from high school and receiving athletic/educational scholarship for lacrosse and neonatal medical nursing degree. Was a very disappointing first night of our trip. The road to the hotel was not completed. Not a good sign stating which road per their Hotel sign, to turn onto the correct road to their hotel off of the main highway. The staff and mgr where not very kind or supportive until another lady came and gave the suggestion of putting a twin rollaway bed for my granddaughter to sleep on and bright the sheets for us to put on the rollaway bed. The staff we’re not so accommodating, didn’t explain about breakfast and timing, when we come back staff realize that she didn’t let me sign a paper, very disorganize, the hotel is clean but out dated. Very noisy.
