We liked the comfort of the room, hotel area and breakfast. Hotel has friendly and very attentive staff. The only observations we have is that towels were kind of old and AC did not have an automatic setting. Still we were pleased and we do recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Room 101
Customer service was great,so was breakfast. Everything was right on till the evening. Room 101 with the jacuzzi. I guess the main water lines run in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. When the rooms on the upper floors used water for baths or shower theline would surge ans shake against the wall untillnthey were done. Other than that everything was spot on.

Disappointing for the price
Hotel had a horrible overpowering smell of chemical/cleaner, headboard was missing and there was a wooden strip with screws sticking out of it on the wall where the headboard used to be, A/C unit in room made a horrible noise that woke us up all night. Definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid, very disappointed.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. We asked for recommendations for dinner and were given great advice which led to a great dinner. The whole place was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable which led to a great nights sleep after walking all day. We also enjoyed a good complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Dahlonega area.

Everything was great except I reserved the room almost two months in advanced with a roll in shower, but the room had no roll in and was very difficult. I am disabled a this was terrible!!
