The rooms were completed with furnishings and carpet before the pandemic, and we just replaced all public carpet in the last 6 months. 50" TV's will be added by year end. We will always stay in the rich traditional colors of the Great Northern Railway. We hope you will continue to stay with us and enjoy our historic theme.

I am sorry you were not comfortable. We replace them every 7 years and they are under a 10 year warranty should a bed fail, and they can. We know beds and pillows are not easy to please everyone. I actually just had a call from a guest wanting to know the brand of beds we have - any given day it can change. Thank you for the kind words you did share. We do hope to see you again.

Our Best Western Site specifically states there is no longer a hot tub at this location (posted in June 2023) The information was sent out to all the 3rd party web sites for them to update their information in June. I am sorry you were not aware of this Chad. Thank you for your comments. As you see from other comments, this is not a typical guest experience here at the Great Northern Hotel.
