“Disapointed with staff.”
Very nice hotel, but the staff were not very friendly nor helpful.

very nice rooms, clean pool, comfortable temperature in pool and hot tub. Great continental breakfast!
“Fairfield, Helena, Montana”
The only negative is the hotel is located near hospital, so you hear ambulance sirens going by throughout the night. But overall, it was a great place to stay. I will stay there again.
“Friendly, Clean, and Centrally Located”
The indoor pool was an added plus, but the location, breakfast, and comfort of the room would cause me to return to this centrally located hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly!
“A good reliable hotel for the price”
A decent room for the price, excellent customer service, try the home made waffles at the continental breakfast-they're great!
“Everything fine except the bed”
Clean, good location. Bed and pillows were sub-par and the worst part for a weary traveler. Internet worked okay, and they serve a great continental breakfast when you have time. It's a drive to Starbucks for a REAL coffee, but it's just down the road.
“Thin Ceilings . . .”
Next time ... I will get a top floor room = the Dude above me walked all night and the walls are thin at this Hotel.
“Average for the price”
Quite average. The window wall heating/cooling unit was a little noisy when running, the toilt room floor was never quite perfectly clean, the towels were a little thin. For the price it's fine though. Conveniently located, and the staff was very nice.
“Not impressed”
Hotel run down. Carpet rippled in hallway. Molding fell off corner in hallway to a room entrance and was still laying on floor when I checked in.
“Don't stay in handicap room #119!”
Everything was great except the handicap room. I don't know why we were put in it as we are not handicapped. I don't think the hotel was full. The handicap room has landscape light that is directly outside room window and the curtains do not block the light. The light is a major candlepower light. The handicap bathroom has no place to put toiletries except a 4x20" shelf above the sink. I am not disabled so I could put my things on the floor but I don't know where a wheelchair bound person would put things. There was ample room for wheel chair.
