It was clean, the staff was very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was great! Only complaint I had was our dishes weren't fully cleaned, so we had to wash them again before use.

We have stayed once every year for my daughter and her friends to go swimming. Every single time, the sheets have been dirty and you can see the hair and whatnot from other guests inside the sheets. It would seem they don’t change them unless it’s more evidently dirty. It’s gross, and I’ve taken to bringing my own sheets. We would go to a different hotel but this one has the best pool for Helena.

I stay here whenever I'm in Helena because its got everything I need to feel at home, plus a decent gym. I'm able to cook something simple when I don't feel like going out and it's close to lots of eating options. Breakfast is pretty standard, which works for me, but if someone is looking for more this wouldn't be the place. Basically I feel safe, comfortable and prepared to go about my day.

We had a suite with a fireplace. The suite was great with a small kitchen area, fridge and stove etc. We didn’t really use that. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the bedroom was extremely cold. We had to turn the heat way up and keep the door open for it to warm up. I slept in my parka all night.

Great room and service
Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We loved the room. It was clean and in great shape. Our only one complaint is that the bed was too hard. Will stay here again though..

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and always try to get rooms here when we visit family in Helena. The only reason I didn’t give it the usual 5 star rating this time is because the rooms we were in were rearranged from the original design to accommodate 2 queen beds. It makes the room feel strange and the plugs for your devices are no longer easily accessible. This could be alleviated by putting a nightstand lamp(s) with usb ports on it or some desktop type of charger. Also, these rooms appeared older and more worn. They were as usual spotless.

Needs Maintenance and Updating.
Well there was pink mold around the top of the tub, the walls are very thin and people obviously left their dogs unattended in the rooms. We brought our dogs, and we never leave them in the room alone, but got charged $75 cleaning fee. Also the door was broken the lock would engage itself when opening the door so it wouldn't close unless you turned the handle on the inside of the door. There was a countertop when you first enter that literally wobbled so I wouldn't even put my purse on it. The water heater closet in the room made an ungodly squeaking noise that sounded like tennis shoes on a gym floor. They had a pull out bed that we attempted to sleep on because of the noisy upstairs people, but it was not a mattress by any standards. We stay in Helena many times a year and we will not be staying here again.

Disappointed and mislead
We booked a king studio, upon arrival we were told had to upgrade you to a suite. We opened the door to a small room handicapped, difficult to operate door, small lower everything. Misleading like we were getting something special. Being handicap is hard enough not a conciliation prize from Marriott. You should give refunds on breakfast. The past two stays - horrible

Amazing Stay
The room was perfectly comfortable and spacious. The Pool was great and warm the splash pad for the kiddos was a very nice touch. I might suggest more kid-friendly foods for breakfast but everything else was spectacular We had a wonderful stay there and will be back

We had an issue with the air conditioning not working. A portable unit was in the main living area but nothing in the bedroom. This was when temps were in the 90's-100. They did bring a fan for the bedroom but did minimize the comfort of the unit for our stay. Staff did respond to our concern but no other option was available but the fan as the hotel was booked.
