“Stay somewhere else”

We could hear doors shuting all night and kids going room to room. The breakfast looked second rate, wife wouldn't eat there. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Stay somewhere else.

“This was a bad room”

Room was very outdated and smelt like it had been a smoking room previously. Not overly clean. Bed was good, but that was about all. Breakfast was fine.

“Good Price-Terribly Uncomfortable Beds!”

"You get what you pay for" is what the slogan for this hotel should read! The hotel was actually fairly clean and had an excellent complimentary breakfest for the price. However, the hotel room had a stale odor to it and the (2) queen beds both were terribly uncomfortable! It was if I was sleeping on a hillside and always rolling down into the valley! Got maybe 2-3 hours sleep. I guess that's what I get for going inexpensive!

“Consider all rooms smoking rooms”

We checked in quite late, and were given a "non-smoking room" as requested, but I am sure it had been non smoking for about 15 minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful, as there were no other available rooms to switch to, they did come in and spray a deoderizer, which helped out a little. Very run down and poorly maintained property, just needed a place to sleep on a long drive.

“Customer Service @ Front Desk Needs To Be A Focus”

While pleased with the physical facility, the Continental breakfast and the rates, our interaction with the desk personnel (both checking in & departing) was excrutiatingly painful. There was a new desk clerk training during our (2nd attempt to) check-in, and I am of course sympathetic to the difficulties she was having with what were to her new procedures and with the ubiquitious computer problems - but there needs to be some structure to assisting customers to ensure that service received is not dependent totally on random chance.

“Worst Night Sleep Ever”

When we got to the room our door was ajar. Our room was supposed to be nonsmoking but we could smell cigarettes very strongly. The bed was hard as a rock.
