We had a pet room....it was kind of smellyPosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Nice staff.....quiet
Cons: no carpet in pet rooms makes it easier to clean
Location: we only spent the night looked like lots of resturaunts in area
Shouldn't have carpet in pet rooms as they were smelly. Other then that it was a nice hotel to stay at..

Disappointed, overall.Posted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: The wif-fi didn't require a password.
Cons: The hotel obviously hasn't received any recent renovation. Rooms are taudy and badly in need of some attention.
Location: Near I-15 and an Albertson's supermarket.
This was our second visit to this property. The first time we visited, I felt the hotel was average, considering the lower price. But this time, I was dsappointed with the grumpy attidude of both desk clerks we encountered. The room was only superficially clean, with papers and dust under the bed. The outside door, near our room, was not only unlocked but the lock had been removed and only a hole existed where the lock used to be. Several people were hanging around the door most of the evening, drinking beer. The breakfast was average for this type of hotel, but like last time, some of the fare was late arriving or in short supply. In the fitness room, all of the four matchines were old and two were 'out of order'. There was also no water in the fitness room.

Ok hotel, very basicPosted Apr 6, 2015
Stayed one night, got in late slept and left early, the hotel is okay, the rooms are not dirty but dated and very basic. You are getting what you are paying for, not worth more that 60 bucks, there is free breakfast which was decent.

Easy Access to I-15Posted Feb 15, 2015
Pros: Easy access
Cons: Update paint and carpeting
Location: Only there overnight, but there seemed to be an abundance of shopping in the area
It was easy to find and easy to get back on to I-15. The hotel is dated but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was ok and there was an attendant who checked constantly to make sure the supply of food was available. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was very helpful in providing directions and advice on places to dine. We would stay again.

Very, very disappointing, even for a budget hotel.Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Ownership, management, staffing and overall, a complete overhaul. See the experience above...enough said...
Location: Location is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. It is nicely located near the Capitol Buildings and just about any ammenity you may nee
This is a budget hotel, understood, however... ...the room was not only poorly furnished but it appeared it had not been updated since 1965. The towels and sheets were extremely used and needed to be replaced. The room had a mild, putrid smell. The air unit was extremely noisy. The bathroom was minimally stocked. The "continental" breakfast was not even that. The coffee was cold, the milk warm and the offerings beyond minimalistic. In short, if "You get what you pay for" were to hold true here, the room was not worth $10.00. I can honestly say this was the worst room experienced in a national chain...even considering the budget brand, this was unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this hotel to friends, or anyone! Save your money...and your peace of mind. Stay elsewhere...
