I wouldn't recommend staying here

Posted Aug 25, 2014
When we showed up there was no room available. After about 10 min a room became available. When we got to our room the bed spread was rumpled and looked like it had been layed on. The condition of the room was pretty bad. Stains on the sheets, chocolate (I think) on the blanket, dirty floors and the lock on the outside entrance broken off. I was worried about my health and safety at this hotel.

General comments

Pros: The price was OK, but I would rather have paid a little more for better service and maintenance.
Cons: Maintenance of the building and doors, and a more logical layout of food and utensils in the eating area for breakfast.
Location: Many things to see or do, including museums to visit.
The bathrooms were very small and smaller than average. Many things did not work properly, such as door handles on the entry ways to the building. The building was too close to a freeway on-ramp and therefore there was more traffic noise than my wife and I liked. There was poor carry-through with regard to towel and wash cloth provision and insufficient racks to place them on. Half of the exercise machines in the Exercise Room did not function properly. The breakfast area was poorly organized. There was too much noise late into the night from the room just above us.

Bad option

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: staff
Cons: rooms supplied with hand soap and toilet paper, some sort of insulation and fix the plumbing in the shower
Location: quick overnight and continue trip so didn't do much in area
No hand soap in bathroom, enough toilet paper for a couple uses and no additional roles to replace, very noisy, heard everything in and outside the hotel. Very poor sleep due to all the noise. I could hear the people in the next room walking around. Bad shower, horrible screech during shower.

One Night Stop

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Convenient location near I-15, if Helena is on your route for stop try the Super 8.
Stopped in Helena for one night at the Super 8, the room was clean and comfortable and staff was vey friendly.

Good Night

After a 14 hour ride in a car, it was great to be in a clean comfortable room. It was quiet and plenty of hot water for a needed relaxing shower. Wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Ok for the price

Pros: Convenient location. Reasonable rate.
Ok experience. Staff at front desk seemed a bit indifferent towards guests.

Second chance for redemption-not accomplished

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It's location and it was quiet.
Cons: The whole place needs to be remodeled, and having English speaking employees would be nice.
When we checked-in, our TV didn't work so they moved us to another room. TV worked in second room but the refrigerator cooler knob was missing, so we had to use the air conditioner knob to make the fridge cold as the front desk person never came to fix it. The bathroom had paint peeling and the tub had pink mold growing on the floor mat in the tub with dirty towels left on the door. We were supposed to get a complimentary breakfast and when I went to get breakfast there was only a few pieces of bread for toasting and cheep yogurt so we had to get breakfast somewhere else. We stayed two years ago and the tub wouldn't drain in the room we had and the toilet was not working properly, but decided we would give it another try. Very disappointed. I guess that you get what you pay for.

Close to my activity

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It was very clean and quiet.
Cons: The parking was awkward. The number of spaces and location of the lots was not convenient.
Location: I was only there for my convention in a nearby convention center.
The hotel was clean, quiet and had what I needed at an affordable rate.
