Comfortable, clean, safe property
"Family and friends spent a week at Coconut Bay Condo 101. There were five in our group, but the condo had beds and room for a larger group. The kitchen had all the essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dinnerware. The property is attractively landscaped, clean, and well maintained. The pool in our section of the property was also clean and had the perfect water temperature (in my opinion). Everyone in our group was a diver, so the dunk tank and outdoor showers were appreciated. There was sufficient area on the patio at the condo for hanging dive gear to dry. The night watchman, Velanda, is very friendly and we felt very safe with him on the property. We had only two suggestions for improvement of the property: 1) Some way to hang gear (hooks? rails?) in the area next to the dunk tank. We had to place our newly rinsed gear on top of the air tanks in order to let them drip/drain until we'd finished rinsing all our gear. 2) Having a ceiling fan in the patio area would help with circulation for the patio and might help blow some of the mosquitos away. (There were lots of mosquitos on the patio both early in the morning and in the evening.)"
