One Hotel Central Park - SIMPLY THE BEST HOTEL ❤️ It was the best hotel experience I've ever had, from location, staff, room, facilities, food to service I couldn't fault them. It also smelt divine, they use their own fragrance/candles - a must buy. You have to stay here, you won't regret it.

Good hotel in brilliant location The 1st room we were allocated was far too small and shabby however as soon as we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff were very quick to provide a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room.

The breakfast choices were excellent and tasty. All in all. The hotel was a good choice because of its location. Next visit I will request a roll ...

Great hotel near central park! Had a wonderful stay & was upgraded to a large room. Great service checking in & holding my bags while I got lunch while my room was getting readied. Great location to explore and easy to get to other parts of NYC. Would definitely stay here again.

9 blocks away from Time Square The room is cool designed, new, clean and big like photos. It locates on a small side street, not as close to Time Square as I expected but the subway will take you everywhere. Staffs were ok, not rude also not so friendly but helpful. I could check in a couple hours early which I really appreciated. ...
