We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The location is great -- in Hell's Kitchen, just a few blocks from Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza and pretty close to several subway stations. The hotel is a bit older (and the outlet in the bathroom didn't work), but it was clean and comfortable. I requested a room with a view and the hotel didn't disappoint. We had a room on the 8th floor and could see the Empire State Building and the lights from Times Square. Yes, there is some noise from the road, but it's the middle of New York City, what do you expect?

Stayed for 5 nights in October 2014. Great little hotel in the perfect location. Less than 20 minutes walk from all top attractions, eg. Time Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Centre, etc.
Room was small, but clean. Housekeeping everyday. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help.
I can only recommend this hotel highly and would stay here again while visiting New York.

I love the location of this hotel! Our room was small as expected, and the sliding bathroom door didn't offer the most privacy. However, those are minor issues compared to the great location, friendly staff, modern design, and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to NYC!

Highly recommend this hotel if you travel with family as each room has 2 full beds and a large bathroom. We had 6 of us staying in 2 bedrooms. We were on 3rd floor and hotel doesn't have elevator. It is a few blocks away from Time square in a very quiet part of 48th Street. Good restaurants and coffee shops just a block away. Room was spacious (for NYC standards) and bathroom was spacious and all very clean. Fernando the receptionist was most pleasant and resourceful.

Rude staff, unfriendly experience. We felt late check out fee was a little bit too much, so we decided not to check out late. But the staff who was responsible for assisting our check out process was irritating, and forced us to leave within 15mins when she learnt that we no longer wanted to check out late.
