Perfect locationPosted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: Breakfast. Need towel rails in bathroom.

Nice hotel in great locationPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Location !
Cons: To get service on the terrace bar sometimes took a walk to bar inside to get noticed...
Location: Center of Helsinki - Esplanadi and great restaurants, bars/nightclubs, shopping, harbor and other downtown attractions are within walking distance.
My 3rd stay in GLO Kluuvi, next to hotel Kamp (which was fully booked, but this saves you $$s in any case without giving up much of anything :). Nice and clean place at the very center of Helsinki. Helpful staff addressed any and all requests, such as arranged my taxis promptly, helped to print boarding passes (had to email to them as they do not have customer computers around).

Lovely hotel - really well located.Posted Aug 7, 2014
Location: Close to the station for easy bus access to and from the airport on the 615. Close to the centre of things and the harbour.
We upgraded to a larger room as suggested on our arrival - so if you can I would recommend this.

Pros: Location, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Cons: While the room was comfortable, the bath/shower area is only separated by a wall i.e. no door.
Friendly helpful staff, close to the harbor market and shopping. Easy to explore the city as major attractions are within walking distance. The Fazer Cafe opposite to the hotel offers a variety of delicasies.

Great hotel!Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Good position, good breakfast, well thought out luxury rooms!
Cons: Our rooms were under the gym and you could hear the 'heavier' repetitive gym activities which is annoying the short window of time that it hsppened.
Location: Faser ,opposite, is great place for coffee and snack. Have lunch and skip evening meals if you are on a budget! Restaurants, good ones, prove procey.
Perfect ,comfortable ,clean base for our 1 week stay in the July heat wave. The chillie sauce served at breakfast is the best I have had in the 60 years of travelling around the world! Good balance of healthy breakfast food. Friendly receptionists, you smile and you get a smile back! Our luxury rooms are well stocked with shampoo , body wash , body cream etc., good shower. plus free internet with a bottle of water a day , comfortable beds...what more do we want?

Location of hotel Very central for everythingPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Central location best. Easy to get to main tourist sites, trams and buses and railway station. Helsinki is very walkable.
Cons: Brighten up the bathroom.
Location: Everything near to hotel. Cathedrals interesting and plenty of boat trips available. Plenty of eateries. Helsinki is an expensive city for dining out.
Hotel in a quiet setting. Breakfast good value (included in the cost of the stay, as was Wi-Fi). Staff professional and very helpful. Bed exceedingly comfortable. Bathroom could be brighter but facilities good.

A modern, very stylish and centrally-located hotelPosted Jul 11, 2014
I wasn't sure what to expect from Helsinki as a first time visitor. Check-in was a breeze and reception was very friendly and accommodating. Room was neat and pleasantly designed, toilet and bath separated, shower with glass enclosure. Breakfast was comparable to hotels in Oslo and Bergen both in variety and service.
