“The Pluses and the minuses”
We stayed in a 2 room suite, which had a sitting room which contained the third single bed, but the room was very spacious, with kitchenette which contained dining table for 4, a full size fridge, sink, cupboards and small oven. The bathroom had a sauna, however the sauna took 5 hours to heat up, the toilet was separate from the bathroom, adjacent was another spacious double bedroom. However, we paid alot of money for this hotel, I feel this is too much money for this hotel, some people were talking in the next room and it sounded like they were in our room, also it was extremely difficult to find,we spent 4 hours trying to find this hotel. The other challenge was there were alot of steps upto the main entrance of the hotel, and getting the luggage in was a stuggle, we had to go through the restaurant entrance to get a lift, from that lift we had to wheel are luggage to another lift to get to the reception. There is no nice view from the front of the hotel just buildings but from our room we had trees to look at. The breakfast was very poor, however we did have dinner in the restaurant, and they were extremely kind and helpful and the food we had was really good. If you want to stay in Helsinki and you have children, or special dietary needs and want to cook your own food and be in a convenient location it is a good choice. Whilst I gave this hotel an overall rating of 2, in terms of comfort of the room I gave it a 5, as I did feel very relaxed and at home.
