“Convenient to airport”

The only suggestion I would make is for the signs directing you to the hotel are more noticeable. I had to search for walkway to the hotel. Loved the heated floors in the bath

When I arrived at the conveniently located and gorgeous lobby the computer system was down. I was offered a complimentary drink while I waited in the well designed and situated bar. My room was fabulous from Sibelius emanating from the wide screen tv, to luxurious bathroom and beautifully appointed bed and room. In fact, every moment was lovely, sadly, with the exception of my meal. I chose the Hilton Hamburger thinking the high caliber experience would surely include a mouth-wateringly fine dinner. The barely edible, rubbery, over-handled burger was just too, too sad. I resisted stepping over to the beautifully situated open kitchen to offer advice from a hamburger connoisseur.

The hotel was a pleasant experience. It is only about 100 meters from the international terminal (though you have to go outside of the terminal to access the hotel). The proximity to the terminal is great since many flights for the US leave on early morning schedules and there is no need to wait for a shuttle service or taxi (which adds additional pre-departure time). Despite its airport location it was absolutely quiet. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Unless you like to spend a lot of money for breakfast (30 euros) the restaurants in the airport represent a better deal for coffee, OJ, and a breakfast pastry. I did have dinner at the hotel restaurant and found the service to be fine (not at all as sloth-like as I had read about). The hotel sauna was very nice and its temperature was the warmest I encountered of the four others I used while in Finland (too bad there was no swimming pool at the hotel).

I had previously stayed at the hotel within the Airport, and found this Hilton to be a more confortable option, with larger rooms and space, a restaurant, and just a couple hundred yards walk from the aiport -- basically within the airport itself also. I recommend it.

Very nice, very clean and comfortable room. Great exercise facility and Sauna. Public Transportation easily accessable. Nice resturant and Bar on site. Employees friendly and helpful at the desk. I would stay here again.

“Great hotel and location for early morning flights”

Had early morning flight back to States the next day. Had stayed downtown earlier but as it is a 30-40 minute ride into town, staying at the airport prevented travel commute anxiety. By staying at this hotel, I was able to sleep later as the hotel is connected to the Airport terminal 2. There isn't much in the immediate area other than the airport, but one can catch the Finnair Express bus downtown for 6 euros, if you want dinner and a walk around Helsinki. The bus terminates at the center of town, so its real easy and convenient. The hotel is sleek Scandinavian - one of the nicer Hliton's I've stayed in around the world. Breakfast was included and was excellent with a wide range of foods available. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely would stay again.

Hilton Airport Helsinki doesn't have only a great location but also has good service and comfortable rooms. Best choice for an airport hotel in Helsinki.

“Great place!”

First class all the way. After I checked in, I found my room was opened and a welcome for me on the TV screen. The room was beautiful, spacious, and the bathroom alone was incredible. Dinner at the restaurant was a great experience. The only negative was walking from the airport to the room, but that may be a reflection more on the airport than the hotel. All in all, a great place to stay.
