Great Hotel and great location in Helsinki.

Pros: The location made it easy to come and go as required.
Cons: The bed mattress need to be improved or replaced.
Location: Being that the Hotel is right in the center of town, everything is with in walking distance.
The hotel staff take good care of you and any of needs. Thanks!

Pros: Buffet breakfast seemed expensive, but every bite tasted great, and the view from the dining area provided both nice people watching and relaxing time
Location: Close to Promenade, shopping, cafes, sites.
We arrived for two night "romantic get-a-way. Our stay was exceptional from arrival to departure (and everything in between). The reception process was easy, and even at midnight, the staff took extra tune to help us plan our walking tour for the next morning.

Pros: Comfort & City Centre location.
Cons: Cost of meals.
Location: 100% prime.
Everything you've listed above was fine. What you didn't ask and was important to us was the cost of meals here, which we found expensive, so mostly eat elsewhere.

Exelent hotel, but you pay a premium for the name

The only fault this hotel has is that it charges an excess premium for everything from the internet to the room service, just because they are Hotel Kamp. It's no problem to get the same quality of room and service for less in Helsinki.

Location: Kluuvikatu, close to Esplanaadi shops, Fazer cafe and Kappeli
Kämp is not a five star hotel. They do not have a private car (sponsored or otherwise) to collect you from airport or anywhere in the city. Having to drag my luggage through the snow did not make me feel Ritz worthy. The management need to go to the 5 stars of New York and London, then readjust their method. Wifi €15+ Tea and coffee services at bar very beautiful. Fazer is across the path, you'd do worse than head there for brunch on the weekend. Close to Stockmann, Kämp Gallery mall, Athaneum Art Gallery, Kappeli cafe and the esplanade.

Cons: Drinks at the hotel were expensive.
Location: Superb. The Kamp is in the center of it all.
The Kamp is the best place to stay in Helsinki. The staff are some of the friendliest and most accommodating as well as helpful we've encountered in our travels.

Pros: Breakfast Buffet
Location: Centrally located
i have flown over 150,000 miles this year with 189 overnight room stays. Hotel Kamp is one of the best places i have stayed all year. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. but the best part was the bath towels. They have the best bath towels of any hotel in Asia or Europe!!!!
