Not a tourist location

The hotel is basic and simple. The staff at reception were functional therefore I would say that they would not be the friendliest. Room was clean and spacious. Corridors and elevator had a smell of oil and looked a bit run down. Overall the hotel was ideally located for my meeting.

Very helpful receptionists, room not too clean

We have only spent one night there, room was a little outdated but it was ok for the price. It was quiet, we had a balcony and a nice view. The only thing that was not nice was that there were pieces of dust flying around the bathroom. They should focus more on cleaning.

Restaurant closed early, Rude staff, non-smoking?

My sister and I intended to have a meal after swimming and before bed but were upset to find that the kitchen had closed a good 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled closing time. The woman at the counter was very unfriendly when she informed us of the closure. The previous night, we had enjoyed a nice burger meal (their regular menu seemed to have been discontinued...) with a glass of beer. We were asked for ID, which we produced. About 10 minutes into our meal another woman came up and asked to see our IDs. It was all very strange... Additionally, my sister and I were very upset about the presence of smoke on the supposed non-smoking premises. The staff took smoke breaks on a balcony to door to which had a no smoking sign on it. Were they only smoking tobacco? There was a funny smell on the way to the lobby... Also, soap scum on the carpet in our room and burn marks in the sink in the bathroom. Overall, an unpleasant stay.
