“Outstanding comfort in Helsinki”
Staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were at a luxury level for less than luxury price. The hotel is only a couple blocks from the train station, and walking distance from several major museums.
“2 stars at best”
This hotel looks great from outside and is more like two stars in every other way.
“great place”
Great room, excellent location, very good breakfast, wonderful price. If I go back, I'll definitely consider it again.
“Would definatly stay again”
This hotel is perfect for anyone staying in Helsinki. The rooms were great & had everything you need. A refrigerator was the only thing missing but you didn't really need it. The location was great.
“went for the breakfast”
This hotel is near the train station and unremarkable in most ways. But, when I stayed there several years ago, it had the most wonderful breakfast I had ever encountered. It was good enough for me to want to go back whenever I could. They have now changed the breakfast. It is no longer remarkable; indeed, it is no more than what one could find in any Scandinavian hotel. I won't go out of my way to stay there again.
“Good Location”
It's in the middle of Helsinki and I recommend staying here just based on the location. The rooms aren't great but they are fine.
“Not impressed with the Service”
The Hotel is in a great location but there was a night club litteraly right outside our room (we were on the Third Floor), and the club puts a DJ that plays music outside until 1am. We were there to party so it was OK but I was shocked by how they categoricaly refused to change our room!!
“Good Hotel”
Decent 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast
“Ecxellent location in the city center, very comfortable”
Ecxellent location in the city center, very comfortable
“well-designed and great location”
I selected the hotel because of the interior design. The service was very good and it had both a bountiful breakfast and free computer access. The only flaw -- my room facing the Kamppi shopping plaza also overlooked a nightclub that blared music into the early hours thus taking away fresh air as an option.
