Had a great stay.. Would definitely recommend this site..

“More attention to details needed”

The hotel looked new and clean but some attention to detail would have made our stay more pleasant. Our room for two had only one bath sized towel. The bottom sheet may have been clean but had a disgusting-looking stain in the middle. Breakfast was an unadvertised surprise, but next time I would skip it and find a restaurant.

“Cusomer Service Stinks”

I was trying to make a small change from smoking to non-smoking room and they refused to do it. Instead they called their general manager ( who by the way does not return phone calls)and he made me purchase another room that was non-smoking. I even called their corporate headquarters and they took a message for the general manager and owner to call me and to date (over a month ago) no one has returned a call to me!!
