Nice hotel away from the strip

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: The spa, the hotel staff, the well kept grounds, airport shuttle service.
Cons: Music at the main pool and free wifi would have been nice.
Location: Not near the strip, but I enjoyed the Green Valley district.
Beautiful hotel, with lovely grounds and very helpful hotel staff. Be sure to check out the Green Valley district behind the casino, a great place for shopping and dining. I was surprised that the windows of the room didn't open so I chose to upgrade for a small fee to a room with a private balcony on the front side of the hotel. Well worth the upgrade! I decided not to spend time at the main poor as I didn't want to listen to the blaring music all day so I used the spa pool instead which was much nicer. I imagine the terrace rooms facing the pool would be noisy at night with the hotel bar music, but my room faced the front of the hotel so I had peace and quiet.

Wonderful facility

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Signage needs improvement to identify entrance to property registration office.
Location: Multiple dining options. Very attractive beach and pool area with many free cabanas.
Ideal relaxing location away from all the activity of the Las Vegas Strip.

Luxury hotel with convenience

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Convenient, peaceful, and luxurious! The pools, the cabanas, and the fitness center - all had spectacular views. You forget you're in the desert :)
Cons: well.......the reservations as mentioned
Location: You don't really need to leave to do anything - they have everything on site
The hotel and staff were great.....however the accommodations is where we had our issue. Originally we reserved a NON smoking room, when we got there - we were told that a NON smoking room was not available. This was a huge inconvenience for several reasons - we specifically reserved a NON smoking room, by the time we arrived it was almost 4am (we paid for the night before because we knew we booked an overnight flight) and we still had to eat. Later we were told that we could move to another room the following day - however checkout/in time was going to be an issue because we were exhausted and would not be able to get enough rest before moving rooms.

We always love staying at green valley ranch

Posted Mar 14, 2015
This time there were a few problems they are small but 1. Ice bucket was dirty and had water from pervious guests 2. TV was in cabinet it wouldn't swivel so we could see from bed 3. If you don't leave your room before noon you don't get your room cleaned

Restaurants Closed

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms and very clean.
Cons: Dump the resort fee!!!
On Monday night about 11pm ALL restaurants (including fast food) were closed for monthly "Deep Cleaning". Deep cleaning is good but we were never warned about this. They could have mentioned it at check-in or left a note in the room. We were forced to go back to our car and drive somewhere else. The other negative was $28 for daily "resort fee". There was an additional charge to use the computer in the business office. Basically, for $28 we got a newspaper each day.

great hotel close to everything!

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: The rooms feel like home.
Location: Lots of shopping within walking distance, and several choices for dining both in the casino and nearby.
We only stayed one night, but will for sure stay longer next time. The hotel gives you both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The room was large with a great view of the vinyard and the pool. All the staff was friendly.
