Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but bed was lumpy. Hot tub was disgusting, visible dirt and clumps of hair floating on top of water.

Nicer than expected

It was much nicer than I expected. We stayed here as we were traveling west and thought the accommodations were just what we needed. The breakfast in the am was adequate and the beds were very comfortable. Both rooms had updated bathrooms. The staff was also helpful with weather info as the roads were snowy. We would stay again.

Comfortable room.

Nice room with comfortable chairs. Sleep well on the bed, too. Next to the Interstate made it easy to get to, and didn't have an issue with road noise. Near industrial area ==> hotel seemed out of place, but safe enough.

This hotel was dated not upgraded ice machine didn't work properly, foul odor in hallway, coke machine not working properly bathroom had rust spots in tub. I would not be recommending this hotel

Not up to the normal La quinta standard

We travel with a dog quite a bit and have stayed at more than 10 different LQ hotels in the past year. Most of them are so great we've grown to use LQ as our top preference on the road. This location, however, was quite a disappointment. Here are some of the things that affected our stay: hot water in the bathroom didn't come out for a good 5 min, and before we finished showering, started turning cold again; parking lot is very small; front entrance under renovation so we had to use a small door next to it; elevator broke down so we had to carry luggage through the stairs; side entrance card reader broken so you could only exit but not return, pillow were these small squares and not comfortable. I could go on but here's the final kicker, when the lady at check out asked me how our stay was, I told her about the cold water and broken elevator, and the side door reader, she countered it with that the side door reader was not meant to work, therefore there was big sign next to it. Well there was no sign and why would having a sign next to something broken make it ok. However, if "correcting" my feedback was the top thing on the staff's mind, it does explain why this location was so poor.

Worse la Quinta I've ever stayed in

This hotel was in a very convienent location. But it's obvious that minimal supply and high demand is the only way this place stays open. My room smelled like either mold or corned beef. And the shower and shower head was horrendous. I stepped out of the shower into a puddle. The complimentary breakfast was sub par and the best thing about that was the bananas and apples. The bed was lumpy, but the bedding was great. So that kind of evened out. Over all if I were to rate this stay on a scale of 1-5, I give it a .75 and the only reason they get that is because of the location and the bedding.

We arrived early to La Quinta in Henderson and the front desk clerk was amazing, she found us a room to check into early, and bent over backward for us all weekend! We will stay at this hotel again next year for sure!
