The stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff, from the ones cleaning the rooms and the receptionist were all exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was there on time and presented well. if anything could be done better, it would be a bit broader selection of breakfast items. I could not have asked for a better stay, the staff could not have done a better job/

Overall appearance of the property..not welcoming..could not differentiate between the employees and the customers..no uniforms or name tags..walls very thin..could here the person next door snoring..the mattress was too soft and the bed was sqeaky..the room was clean..the ladies at check in..very nice.

It was clean and staff was fantastic! We had a ♿️ room which was fine BUT there is no way anyone handicapped could use the shower other than to sit in. No way they could use the showerhead unless could lift a heavy one and it was over 5 foot above head. No way anyone could stand under as it sprayed OVER head to the back wall. Could not take bath in tub either due to drain plug not working and shower seat would not fold up. Some PLEASE fix for next guest!

We needed a hotel for one night before returning home. Lobby looked very nice. The desk clerk was very nice. The hall outside our room could use an update. The same with the room. The bed had seen better days but was comfortableand had a good nights sleep and the shower was enjoyable

Can’t get deposit back. Called they don’t know what’s going on she’s telling me she is too busy to check. Rooms are very old wood chipping hallways are dirty walls are dirty definitely don’t recommend

We had a little trouble with our reservation and couldn’t figure out how to help. It took a while for our questions to be answered by our Hotels.com team but eventually it got resolved. The room’s heater was noisy while heating so we turned it off for the night. Everything else with the room was fine.

Poorly kept facilities. Stained walls, fixtures and molding. Uncomfortable mattresses and unusually small toilets. The only was the front desk staff. They were very friendly and assisted when requested.

The hotel is not great. Don't depend on the breakfast, not ready on time. Not many options. My room was ok but my friend room smelled like someone had urinated on the wall. The people who stayed across the hall were super noisy, drunk, slamming food until 3am and the hotel had thin walls. Made for a rough first night until management stepped in, thankfully.
