Ok if on a budget
We were disappointed that the room facilities didn't meet the description by Expedia. There were no toiletries supplied. The hotel said that only 'superior' rooms get them, but on Expedia web site it says that 'standard' rooms do. At first the sheets provided were too small, but they gave us larger ones after we complained. The food could have been more varied. The hotel's position is excellent, with amazing views all across three bays from the terrace and dining room. Two beaches within walking distance. We had a car and could explore the island, but without that we would have felt a bit isolated, though there is a bus to Heraklion.

Great three star hotel, with excellent food
we stayed in the hotel for 9 days in the end of June, a family of 4 my wife and I and two kids, the hotel location is very nice, the view is for sure panoramic, the food is really good with a great variety everyday, you had the usual all inclusive foods i.e. pizza , chips chicken nuggests ...., plus every day a nice variety of traditional greek food. the rooms are ok , we stayed in a sea view one which was lovely but the room itself is ok , the bathrooms need renovation though.

Beautiful hotel perfect for a holiday
The hotel was extremely clean, our room fantastic, the kids loved it. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful at all times. The location was amazing, beautiful setting and the view of the sea was incredible. Will for sure book again.

Loved it-don't understand the bad reviews!
This hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views. The food was good and we enjoyed every minute we were there. The two beaches near by are wonderful but not quite as close as stated but not too far away and worth the trip. I was there with a friend and the hotel catered for all groups of people; families, couples etc... Maybe not lads or girlie holiday makers looking for mad nights out though-too quiet for that which was perfect for our "get away from it all " holiday.

Never judge a book by it's cover! After arriving in Iraklion Crete at the Agia Pelagia Hotel, I was greeted at the exterior entrance to the hotel by several cats and the scent of cat urine! Once I entered the hotel where I received my room key at the reception desk, I proceeded outside the exterior of the hotel where I was greeted again by several cats and the scent of cat urine! After entering my hotel room, I was highly disgusted with the bathroom! No shower curtain and when taking a shower, the hand held shower head sprays water on the bathroom floor and the shower basin fills with water! As a civilian contractor working and residing on a military installation in Kuwait, you would expect better accommodations than a trailer with complete bathroom with shower curtain, Cable Television, Free Internet access and the absence of cats and cat urine all provided free by the Military! I was offered by the hotel receptionist to upgrade my room, but at an additional cost to me! This would indicate that if you book a hotel reservation on expedia based on the photo's and information that is provided and after you arrive at you destination only to be disappointed and shocked by the accommodations you selected based on the information provided, the hotel and it's staff has no obligation in providing you an upgraded room without additional cost or a refund so that you can choose other hotel accommodations!

hôtel agréable et personnel très gentil
Hôtel avec belle vue sur la mer entouré de verdure et de plantes. Hotel Difficile à trouver avec Waze car pas d adresse précise. Personnel très accueillant et très agréable. Buffet a volonté pas très varié mais convenable.

Hotel in toller Panoramalage
Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Panoramalage. Was uns geärgert hat -das wir nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten haben:-(. Nach mehrmals nachfragen. Wird noch mit Expedia geklärt -angeblich mit Expedia kein Vertrag über die Zimmerkategorie. Essen einfach (halt Hotel essen )da kann man nicht das Essen von der taverne erwarten. Service in Gastronomie und Reinigung super nett und zuvorkommend. An Anmeldung alle etwas überheblich oder jede Frage ist zuviel. Mit Kritik können Sie da ganz schlecht umgehen. Alles in allem war es ok-man darf nicht den Preis vergessen was man "nur"bezahlt und dementsprechend nicht sonst was erwarten.

Bien mais quand méme un peut déçue
Sejour positif dans un endroit agréable a part que le service de l'hotel est pas a un niveau normal pour la qualité de **** un petit peut deçu. Positif : Belle chambre (superior) avec vue sur mer et spacieuse avec balcon. Belles piscines et propres. Les diners sont tres bon et variées. Negatif : Manque durant le notre sejour (les serviettes quotidiennes) Le bruit de gens qui passe si vous dormez avec des fenêtres ouvertes. (coté piscine)

Hôtel familial
La vue, le calme, le réceptionniste de nuit "extra", l'animation faite par Max, la gentillesse de la la barmaid Maria (à l étage). C est un hôtel très familial, étant parti en couple, ça n était pas l idéal.. Nous avons loué une voiture (indispensable !) Et je vous conseil de la louer à la station service "Safari" à 10 min à pied en contre bas de l hôtel (on la voit de la terrasse) prix beaucoup plus abordables ( negociables) et le monsieur qui y travail est très gentil et parle français. Car d ailleurs si vous ne parlez pas anglais, il vous sera difficile de communiquer avec le staff de l hôtel (mise à part l animateur Max qui est belge). Bon séjour.

Worst hotel ever!
Jeg er netop vendt hjem fra en uges "ferie" på dette hotel. Det var en ren skuffelse. Vi blev modtaget af en kvindelig receptionist som var uforskammet og manipulerende. Hun snakker med alle gæster på en gang og er slet ikke serviceminded. Hun gav os nøglen til et kælderværelse uden udsigt, og det passede slet ikke med beskrivelsen af det værelse, som jeg havde betalt for. "I'm sorry my friend. There is no more rooms available". Hun viser slet ikke gæsterne frem til deres værelse. Værsgo nøglen og brug 15 min på at finde dit værelse! Jeg sagde, at jeg ville overnatte på sofaen indtil hun finder det værelse som jeg havde betalt for. "It's OK with me! Gør jer selv den tjeneste og fravælg hotellet. Air condition og internet koster ekstra, og det er ikke billigt!

Hôtel correspondant a un 3 étoiles. Pas de miracle
Vue magnifique. Hôtel sans surprises. Le prix correspond au produit. Chambres moyennes avec douche "timbre poste". Nourriture moyenne, pâle imitation de la vraie cuisine grèque, mais de qualité correcte. Animations "touristes" sans grand intérêt, et on peut déplorer une sonorisation parfois très forte, surtout si on est dans une chambre pas très loin. Petite plage de Lygaria sympa et calme, mais il faut une bonne condition physique pour s'y rendre à pied. Environnement grandiose. Si on veut visiter un peu, un véhicule est fortement conseillé. Sinon, après ce 2ème séjour, la Crète est toujours aussi magnifique, surtout la moitié ouest. A voir absolument : Bali et, si on a de la chance, les tortues, Réthymnon, Chania (Xania, La Chanée...), le lac de Kournas, la plage d'Elafonisi, Plakias, Matala, et pour la moitié est, Agios Nikoalos et Elounda.

Petit hôtel en hauteur, à 15min à pied de la plage
Petit hôtel sur les hauteurs, à 15 min à pied de la plage. Il comporte deux piscines, un bar. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffet et hormis les crudités, les plats proposés diffère chaque jour. le personnel est très sympathique, parle anglais et certains français. Petit bémol pour le tout inclus: l'alcool n'est servi qu'à partir de 19h30 jusqu'à 22h30. Après cette heure, l'ensemble des boissons sont payantes et il n'y a pas de petit en-cas prévu dans la journée. Sinon la vue est magnifique et nous avons été surclassé dès notre arrivée (nous sommes partis fin septembre). L’hôtel organise en fin de séjour une soirée crétoise. Nous vous conseillons d'avoir une voiture afin de pouvoir circuler librement.

Nach den vielen negativen Beurteilungen waren wir unsicher darüber was uns erwartet. Unser Zimmer lag einem ruhigen Teil der Hotelanlage. Einfach eingerichtet, kleines Bad aber sauber. Ohne die kostenpflichtige Klimaanlage ging es nicht. Der Blick von unserem Balkon war phantastisch! Was wir als sehr negativ empfanden war, dass die Handtücher nur einmal in der Woche gewechselt wurden. Die Hotelanlage ist sauber und gut. Da wir fast jeden Tag mit unserem Leihwagen unterwegs waren, kann ich nichts zu der Animation sagen. Die Verpflegung war OK, jeder konnte etwas finden. Nach ein paar Tagen wiederholte sich alles. Gut war, dass man sich ein Lunchpaket bestellen konnte. Das Hotel ist, wenn man etwas einfaches sucht OK, man sollte nur nicht zu viel erwarten.

Hôtel où l'on fait de très gros efforts pour que les clients soient bien. C'était la troisième fois que je m'y rendais et je suis revenue encore plus ravie que les autres fois. Des efforts ont été faits sur la nourriture (manque juste de la variété dans les desserts et d'avoir un peu plus de fruits frais midi et soir). L'animation du soir est très sympathique....Le personnel fait des efforts pour parler français. J'ai passé un très bon séjour là-bas.

Accueil agréable. La réception/ les salons intérieur/extérieur beaux et propres. Chambre correcte pour 8 jours.Salle de bains correcte..Mais aucun rangement. Rebord du bac douche pas très haut et l'eau s'évacuait par dessus et inondait rapidement. Eau à peine tiède voire froide certains jours. Un point positif ; le calme. La nuit...Pas de rideaux occultants : dommage voire regrettable. Repas variés, classiques et typiques. Certains midis, nous ne rentrions pas déjeuner . La Direction offrait des paniers repas. Sandwich, avec 1 rondelle très fine de concombre, tomate et gruyère. C'est à dire 2 mm de crudités et 4/5 cm de pain.Un gâteau étouffant, orange et bouteille d'eau. Eau de la piscine froide.Personne ne se baignait. La Direction pourrait envisager de la chauffer un peu. Nous ne sommes pas encore en plein été. Animations le soir étaient un peu légères. 2/3 soirs : jeux de loto.Des jeux uniquement avec des chansons "tubes". Un peu décevant que la Direction n'est pas prévue de petits spectacles. Rien à rajouter, nous avons passé d'agréables vacances. Nous recherchions le soleil , les randonnées et le silence en rentrant à l'hôtel. L'hôtel Panorama a répondu à notre attente. Le confort nous était complètement égal puisque nous ne restions jamais à l'hôtel à part que .........un bon bain chaud dans la piscine après une journée de randonnée nous aurait bien plu et détendu!!.

Muuten ok, mutta all-inclusivena tarjottu ruoka oli keskinkertaista. Enemmänkin "ruokala"-ruokaa, aika rasvaista ja mautonta. Eli ei kannata sen suhteen odottaa mitään ihmeellistä. Lisäksi ilmaiset juomat olivat rajattuja, samoin kaikki snacksit ja jäätelöt olivat maksullisia. Myös hotellin tietyistä palveluista veloitettiin, esim. kassakaapin käytöstä, ilmastoinnista, netin käytöstä, kuljetuksista kylälle jne.

siamo stati benissimo l'hotel rispettava la descrizione,persone cordiali animazione per i bimbi,pulito,cibo ok,nota negativa eravamo contornati da decine e decine di gatti,un pò lontano dalla spiaggia,ma se noleggiate un'auto(fondamentale) ci sono dei bei posti da visitare

Het hotel Village Panorama op Kreta (Agia Pelagia)
Het hotel voldoet aan zijn drie sterretjes. Er is weinig afwisseling van de buffetten. Soms ellenlang aanschuiven aan het buffet door gebrek aan organisatie in de keuken. Het restaurant heeft de uitstraling van een refter (vandaar de drie sterren). Het hotelmanagement speelt heel rap in op beschadigingen wat dan zeer positief is. Ook de animator is van een heel hoogstaand niveau die de hotelgasten weet te animeren. Zijn niveau overstijgt zeker het niveau van vele animatoren in 4 en/of 5 sterren resorts. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een kindvriendelijk hotel. Niettegenstaande de vele kamers op het resort, is er geen overrompeling aan de zwembaden. Prijs versus kwaliteit: in orde.

Alt for mange mennesker i forhold til kapaciteten. hvilket betød af vi indimellem måtte stå i kø i ½ time for at få mad. At buffen ikke blev fyldt op, for der var ikke personer nok til det. hver dag mangelde der sevice fordi de ikke kunne nå at vaske det op de havde. Meget stresset tjener, der jager folk ud af restauranten. Der blev ikke skiftet sengetæpper mellem gæsterne, så de var meget beskidte og lugtede fælt af røg fra de tidligere gæster. Vores datter fik lus på hotellet af den grund.
