A hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: No hope.
Location: Nothing, except listening to trains, and the smell of cow manure.
We got this joint on a stormy night as we traveled through Amarillo, TX. We got into Expedia, and there were no other available hotels in town. So we booked it and then find out it was 51 miles southwest of Amarillo. It took a long time to get to it in the middle of nowhere. Cow manure permeates the air, and if you like trains across the street all night, then book this place, other wise keep driving. The rate advertised in Expedia was $79.00, but we paid $90.00.

the only thing that displeaded me was that an employee ( man from India) told me I was not able to bring bkreakfast to the room, due to making a mess. I'm sorry but I am an adult and after 40+ yrs I know how to eat . I figured they have a refrigerator & microwave in the room, so I figured food was allowed in the room. Especially when there is a McDonald's and several other fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Pretty good

Definitely one of the better-maintained hotels we've stayed in-especially in the newness and cleanliness of the bathroom! One of the more comfortable beds as well. My only suggestion is if you want to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast get up early--it ends earlier than most. Overall, though, a really nice hotel.
