This is always our number one choice when traveling from TN to VT. It’s low prices, friendly staff, pet friendly, so clean you could eat off the floors. The water pressure in the showers are better than my on apartment. They were able to accommodate us with our truck and trailer for safe parking. It’s a safe little area, rooms are always full. We just really love this place and will always use this hotel when we travel.

The room numbers on the door need to be redone because you can't see them. Upon opening the door, the room was dark with the TV on so we thought someone was in the room. Alot of flies was in the room. However, the room was very clean and spacious. The tub was the best clean tub I seen in a hotel.

the photos on Expeida / website of this property is fake, by far its not close to photo, 1) they don't have breakfast at all (Fake photo on website don't trust) , toilet not bolt to floor, washroom Vent doesn't work at all so next /down stair room cigarette smoke comes right in to your room, and, horrible condition in your room, when complait to reception , they said we can't do anything, sorry, its fake picture , no service, no breakfast(why they claim and charge for that), Never again in this as well don't recommned to anyone,

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Getting connected to the internet both on computer and phone was very difficult. Poor lighting in the room, especially over the desk. Shower floor was very slippery; needs bath mat of some sort. Very convenient location off the highway.

The room was supposed to be non smoking and smelly badly of smoke. The bathroom smelt of sewage and even after purchasing a candle and lighting it for an hour, it was still very bad. Will not start or recommend this place again. We left and went to a nearby hotel where it was not smelly dirty or noisy.

The room was nice. Disappointed that therr was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was not checked very weel. I went to put my drinks in it and found a partially empty Sour Cream container still in the turned off fridge. Also I had requested a shower chair and a first floor room since I am disabled.i was given the first floor room but they only have 1 shower chair and someone was already using it.

It was a family trip, we took 2 rooms, both rooms are had a terrific smell of cigarettes, even our body was smelling like cigar. Double Bed was too small for 2 person. Price was reasonable and location was good. Management should do something with the smell.

The rooms were fairly clean. We had adjoining rooms which were very nice. I didn’t see any bugs or critters during my stay. The view on the rear of the property is lovely, but the front faces a noisy street. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors in adjacent rooms and talking outside.

Fix your broken stairs and awning.
The only stairs to the 2nd floor broken and the awning was ready to fall. Very disappointed in the up keep of the property and the female check in person was not friendly 😕. The tv remote was able to access 1 channel. I was very dissatisfied.

I really liked this place because the room was very large, clean and the staff was wonderful. They had ice, a frig and microwave. They didn't include breakfast!

It was listed as a non-smoking room, but the smoke smell was overwhelming and unbearable. One bed even had burn marks in the bedding. Room was not very clean and staff was not friendly.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
