“shopping mainstain”

The Holiday inn express was lovely-- much better than the comfort inn in Grove City that we've previously stayed at but not as nice as the beautiful Hampton Inn in Grove city that we stayed at the last time. The Holiday Inn express was relatively clean (some dirty areas around the tub fittings and in a corner of the bathroom) but otherwise well appointed and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We didn't enjoy the free breakfast because we had plans to dine elsewhere , but the food looked appetizing and well stocked for those wishing a free breakfast.

Area recommendations

The Grove City outmet mall is terrific and a favorite of our to shop at for many years. I do wish they had a linnen and bedding store since American Sheets are so much better than the Canadian varieties but the economy predicts and the one that used to be in the mall has long since disappeared.

“Stay”

The hotel was fine. The only issue we had was you could smell smoke throughout the hotel, even in a non smoking room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay

“Good for an overnight stay on a roadtrip”

We just stayed overnight while on a roadtrip. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. It was nice to have the continental breakfast in the hotel and there was a good variety of food. We had partly chosen this hotel because it had a pool and the pool was out of service, so that was disappointing, but overall a nice place to stay.

“this was a fun experience as it was close to places we wanted to see.”

We ate at the Iron Bridge and visited a meat market as well as the Grove Outlets.
