“Conveinient and clean”

We needed a location near our granddaughter's swim meet. It was in a good location for that and other activities. The room was clean and sufficient for the short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Area recommendations

The area in which we stayed. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Well lit area.

Shopping

Located near the Prime Outlets you will find that there are a nice variety of stores and some very good bargains. You could easily spend more that one day shopping there.

“Needs cleaning and maintenance”

Was not impressed. Overall it was dirty wore out bedding and needed maintenance through out the whole place. The breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, toast, or frozen waffles....and the coffee was awful.

“satisfied with the accommodations”

hotel was easy access to highway and shopping centre where we were going. heater for pool was broken so was not useable. other than the pool hotel was fine.

When to go

Memorial Day sales at factroy outlet stores. During long weekends.

Getting there

Grove City, PA just off Highway 79 S approx. 1 hour from Erie, PA.

Shopping

Factory outlet stores and no tax on clothes and shoes. Can't wait to go back. The best deals ever.

Dining

Dining was great and not expensive.

“I love the location!”

I only have one complaint about my experience. I asked when I checked in if I could have a late check out and they said that wouldn't be a problem. However, at normal check out time, the maid service came to the door waking me up. Then my guest and I told them about the late check out and they said they would come back then. My guest took some of our bags out and while I was getting changed someone opened the door and it was the maid. She thought there was only one person there, but there was no knock and it honestly really bothered me.

“Decent last minute room”

Mediocre stay. Served its purpose for my needs of the weekend. Few options at breakfast, but it was complementary.

“Extremely disappointed.”

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. The hotel room was relatively clean however there were issues nontheless. The air conditioner knobs were broken and there was mould on the bathroom floor as well as around the bathtub. The pillows were so thin you had to fold them in half..........they had no extra pillows left to give out. On the second night of our stay I found blood on both my pillowcase and pillow. The pillow was replaced but the new pillowcases were worn looking. The icing on the cake was that the one luxury in the hotel (the pool) was closed for "maintenance".

Area recommendations

Grove City is basically an Outlet Mall and hotels and a couple of restaurants. The shopping was excellent and worth the trip.

“Not Happy”

Hotel Evening staff was great. I have traveled a lot and have stayed at many Super 8's. I will spend the extra money and go elsewhere next year. Room smelled musty, did not get clean towels unless we asked, pool was out of service and we were not told at booking. When traveling with an 11 year old pool is important. For a bed to sleep on it is OK, or traveling by yourself it would be OK.

“wont go back”

My travelling experience was alright. One thing I did not like about this hotel is that it had an aweful animal stench due to being a pet friendly hotel. Being animal lover myself I am fine with animals present in the hotel but the smell was aweful. It did not smell very sanitary.
