“I stay here almost every time I come to Nashville/Hermitage”

I stay here because this hotel offers everything that I need: a clean room, execellent free breakfast in the morning, courteous and efficient staff, and a convenient location. The room price is very competitive with others in the area. We have tried others but comfort level was of a lesser quaiity (beds usually too soft -- we need a firm mattress). If you just need a place to plop your head for the ngiht, you can't beat this. The room even includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We often bring our own coffee and creamer, but the hotel provides that for you as well. Clean fresh towels were provided every day. Everything was just fine for two people, one of whom has special needs because fo multiple surgeries. An elevator is available on site too if you have diffficulty with stairs.

Everything I was expecting with this hotel in this price range. Good night of rest. Would do it again.

“Terrible Experience!!!”

I paid in advance for two rooms - smoking - king beds - 3 nights each. When we arrived we were told that there was only one king smoking available and the only other room available was one with 2 queens on the other side of the hotel! Finally we agreed to take two rooms next to each other that had two queen beds each. When we got to the room we discovered that it had 2 double beds - not queens. There were blood stains on the sheets and 1/2 of the lights worked. Not to mention the rooms we settled for were less expensive than what we paid for and they would not refund any money.

“dont expect much (read this first)”

We stayed at this hotel for 19 nights, picked it do to cost and features, well cost was cheap, but so where the features. Internet spends more time out than working, either there is no service, or they only have enough access for a couple of rooms. Breakfast consist of juice, freezer biscuits, nasty gravey, bannana's, or bread and beagles. Ohh and some waffles. Laundry, well they have facilities, one washer, and one dryer for the whole hotel, and expect to run the dryer atleast three times to dry something at a dollar a load. Pool is very small, and water is dirty, Hotel is very noisy and staff will not say anything unless you call and ask them too, last night we came back and people were getting drunk, and barb-cuing out side the bottom floor rooms in the parking lot. My wife tried to get something out of the car and had to deal with thier comments. Also you can hear all the noise from rooms beside, above and below. Rooms were clean though.

“The Girls from Asheville”

I took my 9-year old daughter and her friend to Nashville for the Taylor Swift concert. We also visited the Parthenon and Andrew Jackson's Hermitage while in town. The hotel room was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and there were plenty of alternatives for fast food. We enjoyed the free breakfast - the staff kept it well stocked and immediately responded when I called to tell them the coffee urn was empty. The only drawback is the indoor/outdoor pool - it started to thunder while we were there and since the pools are connected through a plexiglass window, the girls had to stop swimming. The indoor part of the pool is not well ventilated and the chlorine smell was strong, but that means the water is sanitary to swim in so that was fine with me! I thought there was a spa on the property and it may have been by the outside pool, but due to bad weather, we never got to try that pool out as we had to get an early start the next day. All in all, if I ever decide to drive two young girls on a 5-hour road trip, I would definitely stay here again. The price of the room made the trip possible!

“what i expected”

Room was what expected. King bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great love the waffles, cereal hot and cold, pasties, friut, and bagels and muffins. Plenty of near by fast food.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. the hotel is older and can use some upgrades. For the price I was satisfied, however it was no hilton

“Just so- so”

Granddaughters loved indoor-outdoor pool. Then things go downhill. Floor has soft spots, no fridge of microwave, breakfast not kept restocked. Had to have room keys redone everyday. Hard to spot entrance off of road. It does have fast food within walking distance.
