Professional staff greeted us at 10:00 p.m. Restaurant was still open and served great food.
We used the hotel's business center to print our boarding passes, but ink in printer was low, still readable.
The larger room for $147 was good, comfortable, clean. Towels were short on hand towel and wash cloths, for family of three.
In the morning we did not call for bell hop, however one happened to see us exiting our room and quickly accommodated. He was super patient and friendly and helped me with continental breakfast on our floor to save us time. We will gladly visit the Hotel Lucerna again.

Good service at the check in counter; room was very nicely set up and clean as can be. The Restaurant/Cafeteria had great food at very affordable prices and good service, as well. The view from our balcony glass door/window was great - gardens and pool area, beautiful. Renovations were ongoing, so a few areas were hard to traffic by at some point, but that is a good sign - upkeeping is always good.
