“SKETCHY”

Pros: convenient location, restaurant a few steps away, comfortable beds, cable microwave, fridge. Cons: Dirty swimming pool, roaches in room, flimsy curtains that provided little privacy, static on HD TV--couldn't even hear the lower channels, no coffee maker.

“Not good”

Arrived in the hotel 8pm I was very disappointed and ashamed of my family because this is the worst hotel I've ever been. The room was not ready. I saw one foot of the bed not working and the mattress is almost falling. The sheets were tossed in one corner and I asked the lady what are those sheets for?She told me that it was the dirty one they will put a new one after they clean the room.I check the bath room ,the worst old razor, shampoo container and used soap was all I saw.She apologized but the thing is this hotel really needs a total renovation. We never stayed there because we don't see it sanitary, and it was very unsafe. It was very unfortunate because I never had any issues with all my hotel bookings with other booking company, and this was my first time to book with expedia and never in my mind that this will happen until we reach the place and saw it.Honestly I highly recommend that you will take them out of your list.It never cross in my mind that there was a place like that here in America that still operates business.Everything was unkempt. The only functional thing I saw in the booking office is there fax and copier machines. There was a big hall on the top of the quisame. My daughter's first reaction was, mom this is the worst booking you ever did. I hope it will not happen to others who were thinking of comfort and safety away from home.Never took photo we left and look for another place since it was getting late already.

“The Bates Motel Part 2”

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this by far was the worst. The sheets had holes in them, the pillows smelled bad, the curtain was an old sheet nailed over the window, the paper towel holder was broken in half, the refridgerator door was broken and wouldn't stay closed so we had to tie a rope around it to keep it shut. My dog has better towels than the towels that they gave us. They were torn, tattered and were full of holes. I was afraid I would get bed bugs, and the room was so depressing that we stayed away from it as much as possible, only going there to sleep. It was totally disgusting. Also, there were phone books all over the room, but no phone. The lamp on the bed stand was broken by the switch, exposing potentially dangerous bare wires.
