“Good value hotel”

This hotel used to be the Ramada and has recently been aquired by Accord hotel group. Some redecoration has taken place but still more needs to be done, that said it is pleasant enough. Room tidy and clean, a bit warm though. The meal we had in the resturant was good and at a resonable cost. So, over all good value for the money we paid.

Stayed here on my own and wanted somewhere I could feel safe as a lone female traveller. Had an Expedia deal for an upgraded Superior room, photos looked promising but online reviews were rather mixed. Arrived, and was immediately shocked at how dated and old the hotel was. My 'superior' room was hot and stuffy, even with the windows open. It was clean and there was plenty of water for a hot shower. Buffet breakfast was also nice. Staff were ok. Wouldn't return though, definitely not worth the prices they were charging to stay there.
