Very nice hotel with outstanding showers. Conveniently located.

“Clean, quiet, and convenient”

Great hotel for the price. We weren't looking for a 5 star experience. We needed a clean & quiet hotel close to our friends in Valdese, and that is what we got. Both the afternoon desk clerk at check-in and the early morning clerk when we checked out were courteous and pleasant. The hotel is just down the street from several restaurants. Even though the lobby was in the process of renovations, we did not experience noise or the smell of paint. Because of the renovations, the hotel was unable to offer their free breakfast. However, they arranged with the hotel next door for their customers to take advantage of the free breakfast there. This is our second time staying here (first was in 2009), and we were satisfied both times. We would happily stay there the next time we visit the area.
