Nice clean room but not a whole lot else.

Clean and quite. Not much in amenities so if you plan to spend a relaxing time at the hotel you may want some ware else but if your looking for a clean room to just spend the night it's a good place. The only negative is of the 4 times I have staid there the TV only worked properly once.

Nice hotel, close to highway

Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: Replace clock and fridge. Too noisy.
Location: The Pizza Hut down in Higginsville was the nicest I have ever seen and close to the hotel.
We arrived at 7:00 pm. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallway smelled smokey but our room did not. Alarm clock crackled with wi-fi static interference and mini fridge made random banging noise, but other than that there is nothing negative to report. Very nice experience.

Terrible in every way

First I was greeted with a smoking room when my reservation was clearly for non-smoking. Hotels.com Gold Team attempted to get the hotel staff to move me to my "Guaranteed" room booking but they kept refusing telling hotels.com that they cannot change reservations from them. Hotels.com was more than awesome at compensating me. I was however stuck in a smoking room with dirty sheets, running toilet, stained carpet, half-working heat and a door that would not latch when I left.

Dirty rooms that where supposed to be updated. Horrible customer service. No food to eat around the location. They woke me up trying to clean my room at 830am 930am 1030am.. They wouldnt leave me alone in my room basicly from 830am untill i left at 11am. The rooms ac and heat unit was a joke. Not a good place.

We only needed a room for a few hours sleep during a cross-country trip. This hotel was nothing special, but suited our needs at a very reasonable price.

Clean hotel with friendly staff

Stayed for parents weekend at UCM. it was just a 15 minute drive to the school so the location worked out well. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the place was very clean. just one issue - they take a photo copy of your credit card and keep it on file!! I explained to the clerk this was a violation and they were only allowed to keep the last four digits of a card on record and that was already in their computer system. she did let me scratch out part of my credit card number they had copied. I am hoping they will check into this and stop this habit. With all of the places where you card can be hacked, having it sitting around in files for any employee to access is very risky!

It was ok, I thought I was getting a double ajointing rooms, but it was two queen beds in one room.
