“Franklin trip”

We were actually going to stay just the one night at this hotel in Franklin and then go up to Highlands (which was our destination) but was really happy with the hotel and Highlands was only a short distance away so ended up staying here for the second night also. Great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

“Great place to stay”

My stay was very good. Checkin went well. The room was very comfortable and clean. I did not have a chance to use the pool but it looked okay. The only thing that was an inconvience was there was no light in the computer room and it was hard to see the keyboard. Not a show stopper but that is all I had trouble with. Breakfast was fine also.

“Very nice, relaxing”

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in or through the Franklin area. the staff was very pleasant and nice. Even when I complained of noise in the uper room, the manager very nicely called and told me he had taken care of the problem. I would say everyone went out of ttheir way to insure a pleasant stay.

“Clean hotel with friendly staff”

We stayed for a weekend in early October. Perfect time of the year for hiking and enjoying the fall colors. Good location, convenient to town and restaurants. Very friendly staff -- we bought a bottle of wine but forgot to get a corkscrew and the woman at the front desk was more than happy to open our bottle for us. Also loved that the room had a mini-fridge and microwave. We didn't try the breakfast offered because it was quite crowded on the morning we came down to check it out.
