Great stay. Made to feel very welcome. Will stay aPosted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Right next door (40 metres) from South Ruislip tube and train station. All the facilities I could want for a busy weekend in London. Will definitely
Cons: A couple of improvement points; let guests have free WiFi for the whole stay not just the first 24 hours. Staff more pro-active at the breakfast.
Good room, breakfast and parking included in the price. Superb.

Great location + worth the $$!Posted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: Location and the price.
Location: Sainsbury Supermarket Saffron India (takeaway restaurant with awesome food)
Stayed here for two days. Great location with less than 5mins walk to the tube/train station. Took tube to Oxford Street, the ride was approximately 40mins. Continental breakfast included in the price is fine with good varieties. There are good restaurants nearby and Sainsbury (supermarket) is just right opposite of the hotel. Taxi to airport was 20 pounds, very reasonable. Apparently this is one of the safest area in London, according to the cabbie :) I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice modern hotel centrally located.Posted Jan 13, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness,room size,staff, breakfast.
Cons: The bed mattress, very hard.
Location: The location gives easy access to London, however Ruislip leaves a lot to be desired.
The hotel is very clean, modern and the rooms spacious. The staff were very helpfull and polite. The inclusive breakfast was continental and very good. I would definately use this hotel again. The only downside was the hard bed.

Customer ServicePosted Dec 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Checked into this hotel for one night on business trip. It is located on a busy road right next to the train line. I checked in ok and immediately found my TV wasnt working correctly, After several calls to reception, no maintenance person was sent up to my room. After several more calls to reception I was transferred to another room. The new room. had a smell of damp and mould not good. Ate my evening meal in the hotel restaurant, with 2 menus Italian and Indian? Food was not very good, microwaved in the bag style. Overall a poor hotel with very poor customer service, I will not be staying here again and would not recommend.

Overall it's good. However, the hot water for shower it's not hot enough. Otherwise, it's a really good and pleasant hotel.

Absolutely perfect location for Wembley.Posted Nov 25, 2013
We stayed in this hotel for the RLWC semi finals and the location was perfect. The hotel is 1 mile off the M40 and next to the train station South Ruislip. We didn't encounter any noise from the passing trains, but had requested a room on the opposite side to the railway anyway. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was reasonable too, and although the menus were either Italian or Indian depending on which chef was on, the food was excellent for both. Wembley was a short 7 minute train ride away. Perfect for football or rugby supporters. Plus the beer was reasonable too!! :)
