We could tell the bathroom had been remodeled, but it had no fan. The vanity top wasn't very clean, and around the toilet wasn't very clean, I will admit I am a little picky. I have cleaned cabins in the past and would never leave a bathroom looking like this. The one blanket near the end of the bed looked like it had been out on the beach. Thankfully the staff was friendly.

Terrible view

the ocean view is blocked by trees. The balconies are only about 18 inches wide. you can barely scoot sideways onto the balcony.

Location: beach, golf, shopping, relaxing by the pool
This is our 4th year staying at the Beach House. We have thorougly enjoyed staying here. Last year they were under going renovations and this year I loved seeing the changes. Very homey and beachy. We will stay again next year.

Heat in room sooo loud I thought I was in new York!! Website says hot tubs out side and 3 heated pools there was just one big heated pool and no hot tubs!!

Pros: close to the ocean most shops in walking distance
Cons: give seniors room closer to the evelator hall are long especially if you cannot walk very well

Location: You can shop forever
Good value and excellant location. A little dated and easy to hear from other rooms. The 5th floor at least needs new hall carpet and a lighting upgrade.

Pros: ? the $13 resort fee since we arrived at 630pm and left at 8am. hallway from the front desk to the restaurant out back smelled like a porta-potty
Close walk to the beach. Didn't understand why we had to pay the $13 resort fee since we arrived at 630pm and checked out at 8am on Dec 26th. we didn't get to enjoy the volleyball nets, pool, or anything else. Overall was nice place to stay for the price. Only drawback was the hallway from the front desk to the restaurant out back smelled like a port-a-potty.

Nice relaxing getaway only negative is that wifi is nonexistent or impossibly slow , mail is delivered faster than it connects or downloads

New Years eve.

Pros: The whole beach theme is really nice and tropical.The rooms were clean and more importantly smelled clean. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: The refrigerator could have been a little colder.
Location: Great location on the beach. We had dinner at our faovrite restaurant leass than 3 miles away.
Gray checked us in quickly, we made it to our dinner reservations on time and came back to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Love the whole pool area and the tiki bar is awesome. Had we have known ya'll had beach volleyball courts (on the beach!) we would have brought our ball. Loved our stay! 5 stars!!
