Very nice and clean hotel.

Pros: Location, comfort and the staff where pretty friendly.
Cons: The ratio of family size with room options. If I am traveling with my three smaller children and my husband I do not want just a king size bed!
Location: There is many things to do near by with out even getting in your car like going to the beach, bike riding eating or grabbing a drink at the bar.
I loved the location everything is very close. I also enjoyed the fire pit and pool area especially the live music from the tiki hut. It was also great that the room came with firm and soft pillows so that you could be comfortable. The beds where very comfortable and the room was nicely updated. I wish there where better room options in the bed form. I was traveling with my 3 children and at first they where going to give me a king size bed but I had it switched to the 2 twin sizes which would have been cheaper if I would have lied while booking my room. So I ended up paying more for my room because I honestly put 3 kids when I should have put only 2. So I don't understand how they have that set up for 3 kids and two adults to only have the 1 option of a king size bed. Makes no since to me I thought they would offer the room in the pictures with the bunk beds and the bigger bed for the adults. But no I was offered the two twin size beds for the price of the room with the king size. So that was my only main disappointment. So I highly suggest if you are traveling with 3 kids while booking online only put 2 kids than when you get there you can update them that you have three that way you can get the room with more beds cheaper and they should be ok with that.

The hotel was clean and right in the beach

The location was great right on the beach staff was very friendly, only one problem was room location we were on the first floor great but the tiki bar was outside our patio doors very loud music until 10pm

Other than that it is close to the beach , there is n't big attraction!!. Just an ordinary stay!.If you park the car on the beach parking place and walk to the beach it 's the same. This way,you can save 50 bucks staying in another hotel.

The staff was great, the room was not clean. There were stains on the wall and the lamp shades were disgusting.

Nice hotel located right on the beach and in the heart of shopping and dining on Hilton Head Island. Reportedly, all rooms are being redone this winter which will make this place more special. Our room was nice, but the carpet in the room and hall needed replacement. Still very clean, bed was comfortable and the room was big. Check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Loved being on the beach. TV and coffee maker didn't work until I figured out I had to shake the cords, not a good thing. When I asked about it I was directed to buy coffee!!

Pros: Great location on beach with tiki bar with live music daily, short walk to shops and food.
Cons: Reservations were not clear - requested and confirmed king bed but only got room with 2 double beds. Very few king beds on each floor of 5 story hotel
Overall good experience and great weather. Hotel was conveniently close to a lot of good restaurants and small shops. But no hair dryer - be sure to bring your own.

Nice hotel on the beach.

We were there for the Golf Week Amateur Tournament and booked a King room and when we got there, were were given a dbl bed room and were told there were no more King rooms available! That and the dirty old carpet in the room was the only thing we did not like! Also, every room needs a microwave! Other than that, the amenties were awesome! Could have used a heated pool tho!

Hilton Head Island trip in October

Pros: location to beach, shops and restaurants
Cons: Upgrade and modernize the hotel
Location: great
The hotel is in a great location to the beach, walking to shops and dining out on various levels. But the hot water did not work at all. The staff said you have to keep adjusting the faucet but that never worked. The staff was friendly but I think they heard the hot water story many times before. They just need to spend some money to upgrade an older hotel and get the plumbing in better shape.
