Pros: Location
Cons: Maintain the quality of finishes. Paint, flooring, etc..
We had to move into another room because the toilet leaked and the towels had holes in them. In the new room the shower/tub had chipped paint missing everywhere. Ceiling was chipping away.

Good place to stay!

Pros: The d├ęcor was nice. The staff was pleasant.
Cons: The bathroom tub drained slowly. Water puddled when you took a shower.
Location: Shopping, dining, entertainment, beach and volleyball courts all nearby walking distance.
Friendly staff, nice room and great location. Close to shopping, food and entertainment.

A nice one hotel by the beautiful beach. Staffs are friendly and the place is situated in a very safe community

Hidden resort fee's

I used Expedia for the booking. No one told me about a$13 dollar resort fee per day, until I got there. My reservation was non refundable so I didn't have a choice but to stay there. It's winter. Their resort amenities consisted of an outdoor pool, a beach, and a tiki bar!! Other than that, the restaurant breakfast was good, our first room had a broken bed and no remote but the front desk clerk quickly gave me a better room. Fresh everything everyday, and the staff were pleasant.

Pros: Location, comfort and the staff where pretty friendly.
Cons: The ratio of family size with room options. If I am traveling with my three smaller children and my husband I do not want just a king size bed!
Location: There is many things to do near by with out even getting in your car like going to the beach, bike riding eating or grabbing a drink at the bar.
I loved the location everything is very close. I also enjoyed the fire pit and pool area especially the live music from the tiki hut. It was also great that the room came with firm and soft pillows so that you could be comfortable. The beds where very comfortable and the room was nicely updated. I wish there where better room options in the bed form. I was traveling with my 3 children and at first they where going to give me a king size bed but I had it switched to the 2 twin sizes which would have been cheaper if I would have lied while booking my room. So I ended up paying more for my room because I honestly put 3 kids when I should have put only 2. So I don't understand how they have that set up for 3 kids and two adults to only have the 1 option of a king size bed. Makes no since to me I thought they would offer the room in the pictures with the bunk beds and the bigger bed for the adults. But no I was offered the two twin size beds for the price of the room with the king size. So that was my only main disappointment. So I highly suggest if you are traveling with 3 kids while booking online only put 2 kids than when you get there you can update them that you have three that way you can get the room with more beds cheaper and they should be ok with that.

The location was great right on the beach staff was very friendly, only one problem was room location we were on the first floor great but the tiki bar was outside our patio doors very loud music until 10pm

Other than that it is close to the beach , there is n't big attraction!!. Just an ordinary stay!.If you park the car on the beach parking place and walk to the beach it 's the same. This way,you can save 50 bucks staying in another hotel.

The staff was great, the room was not clean. There were stains on the wall and the lamp shades were disgusting.
