Well located hotelPosted Dec 31, 2013
This hotel is located at one end of a upscale shopping center. It is quiet, clean and safe with an excellent staff. "Ashley" at the front desk was particularly helpful and pleasant while making my visit to the Bluffton area very enjoyable.

Air cond. was brokenPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
The air wasnt working properly and the front desk girl told us that she would have another room for us but when we returned from our night out discovered that the girl had rented the last room and we had to sleep in a sauna that night. The floor was also soaked under the unit.

Pros: The 20" tv that was 18 years old.
Cons: Not getting two queen beds on st patty's day weekend in the savannah ga area.
After paying for a room with 2 queens, I arrive to only be given a king. My brother and his wife were forced to drive 20 miles to find the closest room. I am so angry at Expedia right now. You will always be better off calling the hotel directly.
