Poor customer service. Staff would never spoke or acknowledge you regardless the number of times you came through the lobby. Hotel room shower was dirty with hair (purchased bleach to clean), Floor was not vacuumed and sheets and blankets had brown spots on them. When asked for room to be cleansed, the desk clerk informed me that “whenever you book a room for multiple days you had to request maid service when you booked the room”. That information was NEVER disclosed when I reserved the room, nor when I checked him. Overall I will score this hotel a 1 star.

The reviews for this property were more accurate than I’d hoped. There was an empty beer can behind the bedside table and the former clients leftovers inside the refrigerator. The front desk was wonderful. The property neat and the beds comfortable. We remained because it was late and we were tired. It’s not on my list to return.

Checked in late. The two women working at the counter were the least friendly and welcoming I've ever encountered. Took them a few minutes to come out and even then, they couldn't bother to even offer a greeting. The key they provided didn’t work, so I had to go back to the counter. She had to begrudgingly follow me back to my room and manually open my door. The carpet perfume in the room is overwhelming and nauseating. I woke up by 3am with a bad headache due to the smell. My sinuses were swollen. I tried to remove the sofa cushions and sleep in the bathroom. Big waste of money.

Safe and clean place, but this place cost like $178 and it was just not worth it. More like $100. The rooms were weirdly big but empty feeling. There were areas of the room that looked like furniture was missing. Safe but not worth the price still.

There was no hotel phone in the room. There was no information in the room regarding use of the TV nor information on how to connect to the internet. The sign indicating the location of the room when exiting the elevator was incorrect - for at least 2 of the rooms on that flor.

Came here for a wedding. Hotel is conveniently located to everything. Very quiet and very reasonably price.

Check-in would have been easy if the staff at check-in didn't struggle so much with basic tasks. They could not read my ID properly to see my name, age, or address. I had to explain how to read the age as I was over 21 and she kept misreading it as under 21, spelled my name and address incorrectly despite having my ID, and ultimately decided to leave the incorrect information at check-in. During the night I would go to the bathroom and see little bugs scurrying that I could not identify as I wasn't wearing my glasses but I finally saw them in the morning and it seemed to be a small cockroach/waterbug. One morning I woke up with mosquito bites that turned into hot and hard bumps the size of a baseball, sending me to urgent care to get a cocktail of antibiotics and steroids to ease the infection. That same day a mosquito hunter van was outside the hotel as I assume there were other complaints.

Quick two night stay with my family of 5. Beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Overall a good stay.

Bad service
When we got there, they were having trouble with their computer system. We were traveling from Mississippi to South Carolina for our sons Marine Boot Camp Graduation. So when we got there we were very tired. It took 30-45 to get checked in. Then the next day we were in a hurry to get to the Marine base, but when we got back to hotel to find our room key was not working . There was a rude lady asking for f it was our room. Finally after her being very rude and shouting at me. Sent me to office to get new room keys. When we got to our room it was not cleaned and no clean towels. I went to front desk and they said we have to inform them that we want the room cleaned. The next morning before leaving to go to Graduation, I informed the front office that we want the room cleaned. When we got back around 11 am. Key room card did not work again and room was dirty . At this point I just gave up asking. I asked for garbage bags and towels Also the lady at breakfast was so rude. She wants tip, but rude when you ask questions. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

We would stay again
Our room was nice and clean. The bed had a dip so it was not the most comfortable. It was hard to communicate with the front desk staff. They seemed to not understand English very well. The hot breakfast was not very warm, but I guess acceptable for a free meal.

My crew had to checkout early due to unforseen circumstances. Asked for a refund for 15 unused nights BUT it was denied. WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

Bluffton visit
Room was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower had great water pressure and was walk in but for a handicap accessible shower there was no grab bars. Breakfast was adequate but the juices had too much water in them and made them tasteless. Employees were very nice and friendly. Hotel is in a great area full of restaurants.

For the most part the facilities was great. The only negative was the the couch need some fabreez and there was an ant in our bed, one bit me twice and my wife killed one on our last night. Such a cute little property. Super clean. Great staff. Good breakfast. Will stay again. Air (window unit) couldn’t keep up so it was a bit warm in the room but overall for price, it was great.
