hotel in terrible location. very crowded. waiting on elevator was very time consuming. room was old and damaged. the bed skirts were totally wrinkled. room was hot and muggy. ac barely worked. will not stay here again.

Good hotel. Not so great experience.

The hotel facilities are good in general but my room didn't have proper cooling and it wasn't cool enough even with the AC temperature set at 60F!

The room smelled bad, the paint and wall paper was peeling off, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom. The hotel hobby was pretty and the beach was great. The pool was closed and they did inform me of that when I called and booked room.

It's good if you want a party hotel!

Noise in the hall until about two. Otherwise nice beach, nice hotel. Ocean view balcony was well worth the extra.

Family Atmosphere

Pros: Pool area and the grassy shade area with big hammocks to relax by the sea.
Cons: wifi internet connection.
Location: Never really left the resort because it had everything I needed to relax.
Great family hotel resort. Stayed with my wife and 2 year old grandson. The staff was very friendly and the pool area was amazing. I loved the fact that everyday at the beach or pool we were supplied with as many towels as we needed. I would rate this resort 5 stars but the internet connection was awful would not even load a page. Restaurants were excellent but the room service food was just a little above average.

Vacation for four I n hilton head

Hi All, in general the hotel is OK but a few things struck me. Perhaps Expensive for the overall experience delivered. The hotel styling and finishing is very old and needs updating. The room was very humid and thus it smelled when we walked in. After much patience we were able to get a dehumidifier placed in the room and then the experience was much better (provided you don't mind the humm of the fan and waking up every day at 6 am when the bucket was full). We emptied 3 buckets a day of water out of the dehumidifier. I don't know I this is common issue in hilton head hotels. One day the room was not cleaned at all an we needed to call for service at 8 PM and they don't clean the rooms until late afternoon which seemed strange. Overall at about 300 usd per night (including "facilities resort fee") it seem unwarranted and certainly not a luxury delivery versus other parts of the world we have been. The location on the beach is the best thing as you can walk out and be at the beach. This is nice and the beach itself is very family friendly there as very shallow for a long distance into the water. The pool by the beach is also nice transition and seems overall to be a family friendly hotel. The highlight was a movie night by the pool on Saturday.

Outdated hotel not worth the money

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Flexible Check In and check out ....update rooms...Add meats and cheese to buffet menu for breakfast
Outdated rooms with strong mold smell. Check in and chek out policies aro not accomodating especially if you stay just for one night. Caribbean stay will be less expensive and better quality with great service and amenities. I will not go back and won't recommend the hotel
