“Pleasantly Surprised!”

When I saw the price, I was thinking it would be some kind of "No Tell Motel". I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was as nice as a Hampton but far less expensive, and right across the road from the beach! Not much parking but a very nice hotel for the money. I would definitely go back.

Since the management has changed, the bad reviews should be ignored. We had fast check-in/out. Room was clean, big. Bed was huge and comfortable. Everything worked. Even they had courts, which was important to us. We liked it there!

Good hotel for the money! Walking distace from the beach and Coligny Plaza. This is an older hotel. When we first arrived the lobby and lobby bathroom was messy and dirty but our room was clean and the lobby was looking better the next day. Service during the week was great.

this hotel was completely worth the money. it was the cheapest thing around and it was clean and right across from the beach. i couldn't have asked for more for the money.

“Family of 4 on a Budget”

This hote was not a luxurious resort, but at the price we got it for we didn't expect it to be. There were a few things that we were not happy about, but overall the room was large, nice, and pretty much clean. The location is great and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The pool was adequate and was cleaned daily. We can't wait to go back.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is fantastic and the price is great! Easy walk to the beach and Coligny beach with lots of little shops and places to eat.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel! I had read some scary reviews on a diff website and it goes to show that these reviews are most likely surrounding hotels trying to steal business away! Our room was very clean and soo comfy! The beds there are some of the most comfy! I slept great! Access to the beach is just right across the street and the traffic on the road is sporadic so crossing the street isn't scary! We never had housekeeping come in but did ask for some towels and she got us some right away! The pool was nice and the pool area was very clean! Coligny Plaza is a great shopping area and is not far from the hotel. Can't wait to go back to Hilton Head and stay at this awesome hotel!

“Best staff on the island!”

Big rooms. Beach access and very good customer service. Under new management, I expect the property to be even better next time I'm there. They came a long way during my extended stay. Very accommadating staff!

Awesome hotel and great location!!!! I WILL be going back to this hotel again on my next trip to Hilton Head!
