“great place to stay”

my only complaint is the breakfast thats provided. There was nothing hot and primarily high carb type foods available. But overall the place is great and will stay there again!

“Great hotel, so-so location”

We had a bi-level unit with fireplace for one week. Very roomy. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. We usually stay close to Coligny Circle so that we can walk to everything, including the beach. We could not do stay at the usual hotels on this trip, so we tried out the Park. Would recommend it to anyone, but be advised you need a car to get around.

“Wonderful place to stay, will return”

Being nearby local residents, we were glad to find a comfortable place to stay when we travel to the Hilton Head community. I'm sure that we'll return next beach season and special events when we choose to stay on the island.

This hotel was in a great location right on the island. The staff was exremely friendly and the deal we got for the 2 night stay was perfect for what we needed! We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

“Great Place to Stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Lane Hotel & Suites. This was our second stay in the past year. Since our first stay in September, they have completely renevated the rooms. The kitchen & bathroom is all new and very nice. The staff is wonderful and the location is convenient, although it is not near the beach. We would definitley recommend this hotel. The only complaint we have is that we found the hotel to be a little noisy. There is a big gap between the door and the floor so you hear a lot of noise from the hall. We put a towel under the door and that took care of the problem.

“Had a wonderful time”

I had read the reviews and as a result had chosen the Queen Loft room for the additional square footage and a second full bath in the room. Worked out just wonderful, and the fireplace was a great touch on those cool nights. Just had to pick up some fire logs and instant romance. The only oddity was the fact that housekeeping never left the same number of towels that they took. If they took the two bath towels and the two wash cloths and the bath matt they would leave two bath towels and a hand towel. We were there 3 days before we got a dish towel ....we just started hiding the towels when we went out...grin

“Very enjoyable 12 day stay”

Extremely pleased with this hotel. When we arrived, my wife called for an extra blanket and the attendant delivered it in less than five minutes. We were there 12 days and the maids cleaned the room everyday as if a new arrival was moving in that night. They changed the sheets and left new towels everyday. They scrubbed the bathroom and kitchen and vacuumed and dusted everyday. They even put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and washed them if we had not already done so. We were impressed with the cleanliness and will visit again.

Our stay was great, everyone was friendly, helpful. It was super to have the shuttle taking us to the beach. (we did suggest one coming back to the hotel at a later time). The breakfast was very good, with a large selection. The pool as clean, with towels there. Looking forward to going back again.
