The rooms was clean and cozy the staff was really friendly and read the sigh they mean it if you forgot any toiletries they have you covered! The only down part is that it's a little far from the beach but we'll worth the drive. Breakfast was also real good but be sure to make it before 9 😃

Pros: Allergy free room & Front desk staff Sierra.
Cons: Odd paint colors in the rooms... Hopefully that is one of the updates they are working on.
Location: Convenient to 95
Booked online - but requested a pet- allergy free room at check in. Sierra was sweet as pie!! She found a quiet room just renovated -spent the night quiet & allergy free. Property is certainly dated, but an Excellent Value conveniently located on our trip. Also I was pleasantly surprised how cordial the breakfast attendants were.

Well the girl at the front desk was very nice. She let me know about local restaurants to try & also let me know that the rooms have been renovated as well. When my wife & I got back from our dinner we turned on the TV & it didn't work so I called the front desk at around 10:30pm & the girl at the desk said she couldn't give me a discount since I booked through Expedia but was able to move us to another room real quick so we we're thankful for that. All in all a decent place to stay for a few days once all the rooms are renovated.

I have to say the hotel is not bad and was clean each day. But I had work to do and the internet was down the second night, then it was down again the next morning. I called the office and was told they were going to look into it. It was down for over an hour. I couldn't wait and had to leave to get my work done :-( later when I returned it was working. Internet is now not a luxury it is a necessary item when booking a room.

This is a tired motel, in need of some renovations, but comfortable. Given my need for a place to stay while in the area for a few days, it was acceptable, and handy for what I had to do. I was within a 40 minute drive to my events. The concierge and lobby gave promise, but the room was a let-down.

The staff was friendly although I had limited contact with them. The room was clean but the hotel is obviously outdated. For instance the tv was a crt type, not a flat screen. It worked but I think the picture could be better. I did not participate in breakfast so I can not comment on that.

It has always been a tradition to stay in Hardeeville when we are traveling. The area has become economically depressed and the restaurants that were our favorites have since closed. I can't imagine how hard it would be to maintain a hotel when the source of revenue is only a trickle. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean- the physical surroundings are doing the best they can. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I enjoy the waffles in the morning.

Wifi did not work even after calling for service. A lot of things in the room were broken. Undesirable area no good places to dine only fast food. Won't stay here in future. Other than these issues staff was very polite and tried to help with every issue as best they could.
