The Breakers Oceanfront Villas feature cable TV and DVD player. Free local calls are provided. Kitchens are fully equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker all all cooking and eating utensils. Villas feature balcony, air conditioning, separate sleeping and living area, washer and dryer and sofa bed. Cribs and high chairs are also available at an additional charge through check-in office. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

There are many restaurants located a short distance from Hilton Head Ocean Villas. Choices include local seafood, American, Oriental, French, Italian, sandwich shops, barbeque, fast food and many others. Staff personal favorites are Skillets and Plantation Deli for breakfast; Earl of Sandwich, NY City Pizza, Smokehouse, Frosty Frog and Salty Dog for lunch; Marley's, Truffles, Old Oyster Factory, Boathouse, Alligator Grill and Sage Room for dinner. There are too many choices to list - please experience them yourselves and find your favorites.

There are many things to do on Hilton Head Island with several options for the whole family. Children's activities include an interactive museum, nature tour, pirate cruise, miniature golf and an indoor playground. “Needs Updating!!!!”
Villa #121 - First of all the pictures that are used for booking are not a fair representation of the villa's. I know that each property is individually owned; however I think that the pictures shown should represent the rooms specifically... so that you are better able to make a better booking decision. The villa was dusty and dirty and had an odd smell. The ceiling leaked... so we constantly had to keep a towel on the hallway floor. The parking garage was a little sketchy and not very well lit. Only advantages was location to beach and plaza.
“Not to good”
THe hotel is getting run down, We were upgraded to an Oceanfront room, but the floor was spongey in the kitchen, couch worn out, needed painting. An owner was there and we got to see a room that was up to date and nice. Will stay somewhere else when we go back,
“Other than the view, not impressed”
The check in procedure was not clear. There is no mangagement on site and the directions to the realty company were not stated on the check in paperwork. The room was not clean. There was gum on the carpet. The pull out bed was broken and smelled bad. The appliances were very old and had broken pieces. There were not enough linens= no blankets. The ocean view was the only good part.
“ocean condo”
The villa was clean but the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. There was no power in the outlet in the bathroom so the hairdryer didn't work and you had to shave in the bedroom. Other than that, it was a nice place on the ocean but you think they would have the bathroom in good working order before guests arrive. The key would jam in the door sometimes. These are minor inconveniences, and on the whole it was nice. Only one couch and no chairs other than the kitchen table chairs. Kind of cramped for t.v. and evening reading.
