The room actually pretty dirty was a used bandaid in the bathroom. We got locked out of our room employee's couldn't even get in we were stuck outside our room for about an our before they could get in. All together not a great hotel or experience.

Key wasn’t keyed properly so I couldn’t get into my room without going to the office which was in a different building. Security pad for entering the building was not working so you didn’t need a card to get in. Coffee only available in other building starting at 7am.

I do apologize that you had problems with your keys. Our security doors are in a working manner, we did have to repair one. We could have moved you to the main building where the coffee and office is, just a request and we could have made it happen.

I dont mind old if kept up. Floor sticky every where. Thats a health issue. Had to wear my socks and threw them away. Put towels on floor in front of toilet, shower and sink. Urine spill in front of toilet not cleaned. Holes in walls, bed frame bottom not same as mattress, dangerous. This place should be red tagged and re done or closed. Worst i have ever seen in my life, anywhere!

Very very run down. From outside to inside. There is not even a sign out front to let you know you’re at the right place. The bed had little more than a top sheet for coverings which makes for an uncomfortable night.

The staff was helpful. The room was dirty, sheets had stauns on them, lamp broken, shower backed up. It was not a good experience. Canceled second night.

Likes they take dogs. That's it dislikes bathroom was disgusting heating system was either extremely hot or cold. on or off electric cord to heating system was severed and not repaired correctly and is unsafe we were in room 6 because the locks didn't work in room 4 avoid this place if you can bad news new owners last year same story can't get good help was the excuse

I like the property because it is just off the interstate and is close to everything. One thing I didn't like about the property is that it didn't have any soap/shampoo to wash hands or take a shower. I had to walk to a gas station to buy myself a bar soap to wash my hands and had to skip shower for the one night stay there.

I usually try to see the positive in everything. And I don’t mind an older property. However…. I expect clean and I expect safe. Neither of these things were true. And I mean to the extreme of not true. I have pictures if anyone doubts me. Never ever stay here. Especially if you are a single female. Front desk folks were really nice and props to that. But the property should be shut down in my opinion. I paid $285 for 2 nights. Not bad I thought considering I chose the property because I could leave my two tiny dogs in the room while I went out. I should have paid a dog sitter. Ugh.

There is no hotel name sign. The parking lot is not only in need of repair the property is so dirty. Sheets laying on entrance door floor, stairs in dire need of vacuum. Toilet in room dirty, sheets on bed so wrinkled and thin. The only redeeming quality is pets are welcome.

Very outdated, cracked tiles, black mold above bathroom door. Walls sound like they are made of paper plates. We could hear everything going on next door all night. Rooms look nothing like pictures on- line. Tried to find another hotel but everything in town was sold out for the concert.

I couldn't fet the door open without a struggle and on the 2nd day i had to push the door so hard that the whole jam came off i took it to the front desk and said the maintenance man would come by and look at it he never showed very disappointed

THIS MOTEL IS THE WORST MOTEL I HAVE STAYED, IN THE SMELL IN THE HALLWAYS MADE ME COUGH, THE ROOM WAS OKAY FOR SMELL BUT THE AMMENTIES ARE OLD AND NEED REMODELING ASAP. THERE WAS NOTHING CLEAN IN THE HALLWAYS, OUTSIDE THE BUILDING WAS FULL OF CIGARETE BUTTS AND THE PARKING LOT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. MY HOTEL KEY DIDN'T WORK THE SECOND TIME AND I HAD TO REPLACE THE KEY. The ROOM ITSELF COULD USE A COMPLETE REMODEL FOR THE PAINT, PANELING ARE OLD AND DIRTY. THE FURNACE ONLY WORKS ON HEAT OR AIR DEPENDING ON THE SEAON (NO CONTROL FOR ME) i WOULD LIKE A REPLY BUT WILL NOT PROABLY GET ONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND EXPEDIA TO REMOVE THIS MOTEL FROM THERE LIST FOR 130. THE FEE IS NOT WORTH IT.

We had a late check in and was later than expected. I called and they said not a problem. We got there and found the room right away. We had our Granddaughter with us and she loved the reading lights attached to the beds, the extra pillows to prop her up. She could have read her book all night. The only disappointment was the reservation was for 2 adults & 2 children but there were only 2 bath towels for us. Since we arrived late & had to get up & take off early, 2 of us didn't get clean towels with our showers. Granola bars, juice & coffee in the lobby for breakfast. Loved the history that was shared at check-in. Alot of famous people stayed there back in the day.
