Pros: Friendly staff, extra items like hairdryers, iron, ironing board, great breakfast area for free, and convenient to everything in town.
Cons: Just need to get those new grippers in the bathtub so it isn't so slick, and the bug I saw. Only the 1 bug though!
Location: Convenient to shopping, restaurants, Ft. Stewart, and within about 2-3 miles of everything in town. Very convenient location.
The room was very clean, very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful also. I found the hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker with cream & sugar to be very handy so I don't have to pack and carry all these items when I have to travel. The only flaws I saw were the grippers in the bottom of the tub were gone and I slipped (didn't fall) about 3 times while trying to shower. I mentioned this to them when I left and was told they were replacing these, so I must have stayed in between removal and replacement time. Also, when I got up in the middle of the night, I saw a cockroach in the bathtub. I've lived in S. GA and realize they are a constant battle in the area, but didn't see any other ones anywhere else in the room, and as long as none found their way home with me, it's not the end of the world. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Very nice continental breakfast is also served and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything about my stay. I have stayed here before, and if returning to the area, will definitely stay here again.

America's Best inn 706 E. Olgethorpe Hinesville,GAPosted Dec 1, 2013
The bed was the best thing about my stay. The room was clean although there was a lot of damage. There was missing closet door, damage to the tub/shower inset, there was a missing bottom to night stand and I saw a few roaches so I left my luggage in my vehicle. I was there for thanksgiving so I mainly slept here. Lastly the t.v.only got about 7 channels and 3 of those were news/weather. I'd like to further add I picked this hotel for price ( you get what you pay for) and the internet photos. If the rooms exist that were photographed I would have liked to see one. The pictures were extremely misleading especially the pool.

We are sorry about the unfortunate experience you had. We are in the process of upgrading. The TV channels were set on the wrong setting. We are sorry that this was not brought to our attention during your stay. We have reset the TV to the correct channel. We have 48 TV channels with ESPN, Showtime and many other channels. We hope to see you on your next visit so we may show you the new rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred.

Hinesville StayPosted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: The proximity to Ft. Stewart and the friendly acommodating staff.
Cons: More information about local TV channels in the room.
Location: Ft. Stewart is less than 15 minutes away. Great access to shopping and restaurants and only about 45 minutes to Savannah.
This Inn has very clean and neat accommodations. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our stay was made comfortable and relaxing by the housekeeping staff, who were prompt and very efficient in all they do to ensure our stay was memorable. I highly recommend this Inn for anyone staying in the Hinesville area. Only moments to Ft. Stewart and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Cheap for petsPosted Jul 3, 2013
Pros: Pet friendly Nice staff
Cons: out dated not very well maintained uncomfortable could be cleaner
Location: Fort Stewart Army base, Wal-Mart, theater Its on a section of main highway so whatever Hinesville has to offer, (ie: other, better hotels) is nearby
Don't ignore the bad reviews, you will only be writing one of your own. I should start with the good points. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It is reasonably priced for pet owners who travel with their pets. I reserved a king bed, smoking room and upon check in, he says "one king bed, non-smoking" I indicated that I reserved a smoking room, and asked may I have another room. He says to me, "oh, yes it is smoking. I forgot. I'm just used to saying non-smoking." I accepted this and went into my room where there was clearly a placard sign above the television that says "this room is non-smoking" I apologize to any non-smokers who may have stayed in the room after me. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept on. There was a huge dip toward the middle and thankfully it was only me staying there. Two people would have never been able to sleep in this bed. You cannot run the microwave and the coffee pot at the same time. You have to unplug one from a large extension cord in order to plug the other in. They had a duvet and no duvet cover. Just threw an old bedspread on top of it. All of the furniture was very cheap and well worn. I stayed 3 nights and was ready to leave after the first night. I toughed it out to see my son arrive home safely from Afghanistan. All in all... No way, no thank you! I will spend the extra money in the future to get a nicer pet friendly hotel.

Great Price,,,,get what you pay for!Posted Jun 8, 2013
Location: Great location to Ft Stewart, shopping, and restaurants.
The hotel is alright for the price. It is an alright place to lay your head. There is nothing really fancy about the place; but, it is in a convenient location to restaurants, Ft. Stewart, and shopping. If you are not planning to spend a lot of time at the hotel this will work out just fine.
