Friendly for the Family

Pros: Friendliness of the staff
Cons: Our room wasn't made up after the first night.
Location: Excellent
The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were in town, attending a competition event for one of my daughters. On our way out to dinner, my daughters noticed the warm chocolate chip cookies at the check-in desk. We told them they would have to wait until after dinner. After returning to the hotel, the clerk had saved cookies for our children and had even saved popcorn for them as well. That made their day! The breakfast was very good and fresh. We had a great stay.

It was a very nice hotel with plenty of hot water!!! Rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful. The breakfast was better than any other I have had in a while. Very friendly staff!!!

The hotel over all was good but both nights we were there we had problems with the a/c unit not keeping the room cool. First night thermostat was out but unit would come on but didn't cool very well. Told desk clerk next morning and said maintenance would look at it, which they did but must not have really checked out unit because second night was just as bad and couldn't sleep comfortable either night. All hotel said was sorry. Not real sure if we will stay at this Hampton Inn again. I normally only stay at Hampton Inns too.

My hotel stay was excellent. The staff was professional, helpful and polite. I felt safe at this hotel and the accomodations were great. Breakfast was delicious as well. I will stay here whenever I am back in town.
