“good stay”

We were only there overnight but the staff was excellent! We only had one problem the ac unit in the room made a noise through the night but that happens. The room was very clean and would stay there again.

“Convenient location”

This hotel is conveniently located in an area that has many shopping and dining choices. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

“Very accomidating”

The staff at the Best Western was very nice and accomidating. We will stay at the Hiram location the next time we are in the area.

“Simple, plain no frills but satisfactory”

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, good bath towels, good TV. The only downside I would advise is that the hotel still smells of smoke in some areas, even though it has been "renovated". Perhaps permeated into the walls or something, but you can only smell it really at certain times of the day. I did notice the desk clerk REEKED of smoke, and perhaps that is part of the problem. Otherwise, a simple no-frills nothing exciting hotel which is adequate for a stay especially if you're not spending much time actually in the hotel. I was especially happy that the room was decorated in muted colors and tones, and the refrigerator and microwave WORK and are fairly new.
